Felt like China mixed with some Japan and a bit SE Asia (maybe not fully accurate). I lived in Japan for a while and while it was great, i quite appreciated the more casual vibes of Taiwan.

Milord, I can confirm that unless someone tells you it's chicken butt you will end up just thinking that it's chicken. Gristly, chewy chicken.

Yeah possibly! For me it’s pretty nice because I can speak Mandarin. Although sometimes the Taiwanese dialects here are a bit difficult to understand
