Thank you very much for your hard effort and informtative video. I am recently working on JFGP PKG3 awarded to HDEC where the end user is Saudi Aramco for Jafurah utilites, Sulfur and interconnection system. The project mainly to treatment of SRU and TGTU for Sulphur exporting and gas sales. I found a lot of your information identical to what I am connect to as an entery level process engineer and that give more confidence to solid my understand.
Thank you for providing good knowledge about sru, can you explain about 3 catalytic reactors 1. Al and Tio, 2. Al 3. CO-MO what reaction they are promoting and what happens if reactors are not provided
Thank you for your great effort explaining all the intricacies of the process! I have a question if a trim air valve can only add more air for combustion to the burner (can the trim air valve also reduce the amount of combustion air to the burner?). Another question is if Sulphur rundown vessel is the same thing as Sulphur Trap? You also mentioned that ejector sweeps H2S from the Sulphur Rundown vessel with the HP steam. Where will it sweep this H2S to? To which vessel?
1. Trim air is for adjusting the combustion air requirements in case of increase or decrease in H2S conc. , in that case it will increase and decrease the air in order to maintain the tail gas ratio of 2:1 (H2S/SO2) 2. Sulphur run down vessel is the intermediate storage sump which has to be degassed before it is sent to storage tanks. Sulphur traps are the seal system which will prevent the Sulphur vapors from going into the rundown vessel in case of any pressure spikes in the upstream. These are of broadly 2 types. a) above ground b) below ground 3. The ejector air is either routed to incinerator or recycled back to reaction furnace inlet.
there are different configurations depending upon the conc. of H2S in the acid gas 50-100 mole% (rich feed) - straight-through configuration 20-50 mole% (lean feed) - split-flow configuration 10-20 mole% (lean feed) - split flow with preheating of the feed streams
it has an atmospheric vent , but the pit will be under negative pressure with the help of steam jet ejector, and discharge routed to the incinerator under running conditions. If the pit level is emptied out during shutdown, then the ejector can be stopped and during that time the pit will be under atmospheric pressure. If the ejector is out of service, the pit will not be swept out and H2S conc. will build up and pose an environmental risk.

Thank you for your time and effort in making this video. It helped me a lot. 👍
Good video and excellent Lecture , All the best to your future more videos
Great video. Thanks for sharing your experience.
Thank you so much, that's a great job

Much more explained in a decent and simple way❤
Thank you for sharing. Very informative.
Excellent.
Very useful Information and Excellent presentation...👍👌
I wished you made more videos about NGL recovery and more aspects of the gas treatment process. Your video was very helpful. Thanks
Excellent work sir
Excellent...nice presentation 👏👌👍
Nice explanation 👌
Thank you so much sir for sharing this kind of video, it help me a lot.
thank you so much!
Excellent work
Very good explanation …keep it up
Super 👌 explanation
Nice presentation
Thank you.

Thank u so much please more video sweetening unit and dehydratation unit
Thanks for this amazing vedio.
There is any control philosophy SRU unit please have vedio for that also
Nice video. Can we get the P AND ID as well?
Nice
It's very helpful and informative 👍👍👍...
Thanks for your time and efforts to provide about SRU.
Thanks and welcome
Sir please give me your maid ID I have some doubts....
Plese make for sore water treatment and ARU also
is it possible that we have an SRU when the H2S content in the feed gas is about 12000 mlg/m3
there are different configurations depending upon the conc. of H2S in the acid gas
50-100 mole% (rich feed) - straight-through configuration
20-50 mole% (lean feed) - split-flow configuration
10-20 mole% (lean feed) - split flow with preheating of the feed streams
Sulfer pit have vent or not. Vent is always closed or opened

53:03 you said BSR section...what is the full form of it ?
Thank u sir for your good and helpful lecture but one thing It makes it out of control because it is so fast
Thanks. Make new video ARU unit
As soon as possible
Hi Sir, can I have the pdf documents of SRU and TGTU unit? Thank you.
PLEASE POST LNG process
please post NGL recovery Process
Hindi me video banaye sir please
Hindi me explain karye sir please
