@@campkira not sure what you mean, it is a expensive hybrid setup though
OK...i'm convinced, gimme one...
I would get the new NSX. And, one day I will. (:
My stock 2018 RS5 did 0-60 in 3.7 second and 11.8 at 120 n the 1/4 stock at cooler temp. I'd love to step up to the NSX, but for 225k, I can have a RS5 (90K), Porsche Macan S (90K) and have 45k left over to buy another car. I truly love the NSX, but at 11.3 at 125, this is huge money and it's worse on gas than my RS5. NSX to sell needs to be in the 150-160 range....late 2017 models are still around that have not sold
What currency are you even talking about? The NSX is a 150k dollar car. Unless you check off every option you're not getting anywhere near 200k.
225k Canadian
@@sapientbudgie5652 that makes way more sense. Either way with a jb4 tune the NSX pretty much eats up anything on offer right up to the 500k mark
d1sturb3d ya. Voiding warranty is no fun. But I love the car. Love my RS5 for now. Apr tune coming. Another 125k on top of the 100k I paid is steep
Love the car. Wonder if I would buy this over other super cars in the price range IF I had the money haha.
Nelson Ledges?
Made in the USA. That's awesome :) Makes you wonder why GMC/Chevy Crew Cab trucks from 2014-2018 were built in Mexico. I believe they are now built in Indiana the 2019. I'm Canadian, but love the USA just as much. I love to support North America and keep the jobs here. That's the real reason I bought an F150. Built in Dearborn MI :) not Mexico. Not to say they don't build quality. When you're asking 60,000 for a vehicle. I want to get my moneys worth and keep the economy and jobs in these two great countries :)
So $160k is considered 'obtainable'??
For a supercar yeah? I guess?
Yeah if you know how to make money and didn't fall for Becky in high school and now have 2-4 children with her while you slave away at UPS.
For rich people yes.
they got a formula on streets of USA
573hp with 4 motors 2 turbos
Porsche gets 500hp+ out a v6 no turbos ...and this pictured car is not 159k. 180k as shown but not mentioned here ...
1. you mean F6, 2. its awd unlike most porsches & 3. they were going for more reliability.
just shows that even though this car is TECHNOLOGICAL PERFECTION if/when the styling is off nobody's going to buy it. just something about the proportions are odd, and the fact that i would buy one of the new Honda Accords or a new Civic Si says they definitely can style a car when they want to. ironically a 10 year old R35 GTR still edges this on looks. however give this car a makeover, and they won't be able to build 'em fast enough.
Is this guy reading a poem about the NSX or doing a review???🤨🤨
Well it's an Nsx.... It's pure porn...sorry....poem after all.
??how much?
I love this car so much😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍
I think the new acura nsx is just that. A completely new vehicle compared to evolutionary vehicle to the one it is replacing
Did he just say this is an attainable super car? Its almost 200 k
...which is very attainable in the supercars market...you not being able to afford it doesn't affect its market space...
What is it with auto manufacturers having crappy infotainment systems. It's 2019. Especially in a car so expensive. Interfaces should be crisp, fast, and stage setting. I think I'd rather get a few Kia e-Niros.
infotainment is what your worried about? buahahahhaha!
needs 700 hp to compete with f8 and huracan evo. hate that you can't work on the nsx. oil changes have to be done at the dealership. need special tools
Looks and sounds like a 90's review..
The responsible supercar.
I want that monster!
What a beast
Looks the A8 and the 720s had a one night stand!!
dream car
This car is just too fucking sexy. I can't stop looking at it
My future car.. I'll take this car over any Ferrari or Lambo. Just like the 1st gen NSX when it first come out it way ahead of everybody. Same thing with NSX. It took another 5 years for average peoples to know
If I could spend 150k on a car. THIS is a the car I would buy!
Great car...to bad acura cant sell them
Its not as fast as the GTR Nismo but its a lot better than the 2020 supra joke.
Conrad Sealy this is 3 times the price as a Supra dude
@@garagers6667well.its 3 times the car of the supra. The GTR Nismo is worth even more as its faster than both despite being in production so long.
@@conradsealy9603 Dumb statement considering the original supra was nothing but a sports car that never sold well. Tuning it got to to be great. Get a clue about cars. The new Supra is a testament to two engineering giants getting together, looking past their differences and producing a machine that harnesses the best of both worlds. The fact that you ignore how incredible that team is the actual joke. Is the McLaren F1 a BMW too considering it does indeed use a BMW V12?
@@d1sturb3d119 and none of those two manufactures have ever been able to produce a sports car to beat the R32,R33,R34 or R35. So whos making dumb statements now?😆😆
@@conradsealy9603 Are you high? The fact that you even said that shows how uneducated you are on the topic. There's a reason why Toyota is the largest automotive manufacturer in the world. On top of that Both BMW and Toyota have had incredible wins in the world of F1. Nissan has never come close to participating in the pinnacle of engineering excellence. You really shouldn't even compare. They're great cars. But are in a completely different category in approach to performance. Get a clue.
Also you didn't answer my question. Was the Mclaren F1 a BMW because it had a BMW V12? Manufacturers work together. That's how this industry works.
that exhaust sound is so depressing for a Honda of that caliber
The comments about the magazine and TH-cam wanabe car reviewers ruining this car is so true. It’s an amazing vehicle. People can be so petty and ignorant. People can be such judge mental cunts.
.2 seconds slower...why?
Nice but price tag is too high, it came out many years too late and sales aren't great either.
Q J aren’t great? in the toilet!
I wonder if prices are being slashed? If you could get one for $100K it might not be a bad buy.
Sound is "piped - in" this needs to stop in all vehicles. This is the car no one is buying.
Wrong. It's a popular car for the market segment. Especially this updated model. With MINOR mods it runs a 10.6 1/4 mile CONSISTENTLY.
A Porsche 918 at literally 1/10th the cost!
U mean its a faster bwm i8 !
@@celebritywatch386 BMW already lost interest in upgrading it. It a cruiser car. Never going fast just like Z8.
@@campkira bmw just dropped a new convertible version this year. The bmw i8 is better then the nsx , looks great with better doors and its a plugin hybrid gets a longer range of electric power. 12.1 @115 is fast enough believe dat. Nsx is not new tech ! Bmwi8 didnt sell and neither is the nsx ! Overpriced to slow
i would take it but the price is steep......
If I had the money, I’d buy a used one without electric motor and with manual tranny for $50k and pocket $100k+
Better than the "New Supra" lool
New z4 haha
I forgotten how MW conveys so little useful information while talking so much. Like one pound of information in a 10 pound bag.
No its the hybrid nobody asked for or wanted. They did this with the CRZ and almost NOBODY bought it. Not sure how Honda thought another one would sell for five or six times the price
This monster cost what it sells.... I'll get one of this soon.
Better Styling than the Ford GT.
I don't know why you think the two cars are anywhere near the same class of vehicle.
@@houseofno They are Both 2seats and Rear-Engines right.
Disappointed $200,000 super Acura.
Should have been twin turbo 4.8L V10 instead.
Remove electric motors, cut 25k off the price and sell a 500 hp 2wd NSX pls
ThatC1500inBlue why? You’d slow down the car significantly.
@@traviszack3 to make a cheaper entry level trim, something that purists can afford which is what I think the NSX's real market wants. Also the weight decrease from not having batteries and electric motors up front would somewhat offset the loss in power, at least in corners. I feel like a price point closer to a 911 GTS (which starts at 120k) would help bring the sales up
Why would they do that? Hybrid is the way they can rip off the customer. You want it out do it yourselves. NSX is a flagship of Honda is it away overprice.. Just wait for type R or get it used......
@@campkira I get it but Im saying just add an entry trim level which is 2wd. The NSX is way too pricey imo, it doesnt have the racing pedigree of a Ford GT, and in people's mind "it's just a fancy Honda". It needs good press, from the reviews Ive seen it's decent, but not outstanding in any way...
@le m Okay but nobody watches this. Maybe pedigree wasnt the right term to use but I meant the GT has ancestry, which the NSX doesn't really have compared to the GT. It may have won a lot of races, but races nobody that could potentially buy the new NSX heard about. It's also probably a little too far off its original concept, but the GT isn't.
Can they just drop the Acura moniker already..... Everyone knows it's a Honda.
Everyone has been knowing it's a Honda for decades. I say GM eliminates all of its subbrands!
@@AR-zq9hq Honda+!
@Joshua Jacob still cannot compete well in IMSA GT3 class.
@Joshua Jacob *marketed as an Acura.
Whatever stems from Acura, originated from Honda.
The sale as Acura. The country that don't had Acura will sell as honda. I still like Acura bange better than Honda.
