This rare one of a kind palatial estate spans over 25,000 sq. ft. luxury with the additional 2 pool cabanas, infinity pool, tennis court, basketball court and stunning tailored landscaped grounds.
The upper exterior balcony levels are additional sunning decks for family and private guests.
This breathtaking home houses interior ceilings spanning up to 24’-0” with a 17’-0” octagonal shaped skylight in bevelled glass and iron. Wide spanning staircase vaulted ceilings and Railings made of wrought iron and champagne colour metal accents. The entry foyer is enriched with metal lattice details make of champagne coloured metal work.
Large format wide spanning 5’x10’ Italian porcelain flooring are water jet cut to enable the detailed floor patterns throughout the home.

Throw in a covered main entry you can drive under for inclement weather, beef up and soften the furniture and carpet the bedrooms! And put some color into the main foyer and I'm there!

You'll need at least 15 million dollars to build it but the value after three years would be in the range of 25 to 28 million dollars if you want to sell it
