This home is a work of art. A masterful art installation around every corner. The beautiful way you can see the stunning stairwell area from the very end of that long hallway; those incredible light fixtures that are actual sculptures; the light and dark elements giving incredible contrast. The glamorous blend of styles, colors and textures. Simply breathtaking in every sense of the word.
Top house! Video filming is beautiful! Architect Ferris Rafauli has done a fantastic job and the money is not small but this house is definitely worth the money!
I remember I worked in this house in 2017 in the month of June. I painted the bedrooms on the second floor and in the basement where we turned the walls and baseboards into shiny furniture. This house has an expensive interior and a really cool design. The owners of this house were Italians and they were very good people. They eagerly awaited the completion of their beautiful home and sometimes visited on weekends to see at what stage the construction of the house was at. After we finished, as I heard, they sold it to someone else a couple of years later.
Pretty sure I will never find my kids in this house if we play hide and seek. Truly magnificent house, probably the most luxurious house I have ever seen bar feeling a bit like a country club than a home.👍👍👍

Excellent job and great customization when it came to the design of the estate. I really enjoyed the soft grays, black tones mixtures to bring out a wonderful contrast to the interior of the mansion. If I would have an opportunity to own an estate. I would definitely think of hiring this designer to customize my home. Great Job!!!

Ferris Rafauli designs the house, decorates the interior, and crafts the furniture you see while overseeing the building of the house. He also works with the appliance company so that basically everything you see is made for, or chosen to accompany, the house as a package.
Very beautiful. It looks like a giant office building instead of a loving lived- in, home. It doesn't give off that comfort feeling like a regular home does.

This is definately one of the best homes ive ever ever seen what a dream home. The only change i would make is that the car garage to be from 4 to 10 car space. Other than that, its the most amazing home ive ever seen.

This mansion screams CHARACTER wow amazing house outstanding videography but short and not most of the area's we're covered like the elevator, and the private stairs that connects the master sweet but it still sold I mean this is perfection
It wouldn't be a "private stairs" if we had showed it right ;) We respect the privacy of the homeowners, as most of the homes we shoot are lived in while they are on the market. The stair case was something that was asked to be left out for safety. We appreciate your feedback however!
WOW is one description. Everything was well thought out and even the chandeliers were impressive! Too bad it wasn't a summer time shoot so the pool would stand out as well! Just impressive!
