Yes on the green chicken eggs, blue ones too. I raised Americana chickens and they can have all kinds of different eggs. Also called Easter egger chickens. I've never made biscuits like that.. kinda reminds me of a pancake dough. I'll have to try it sometime. I love trying new bread recipes 🙂

@ I do a none rising bread. Just flour salt and water and cook it. It is thick heavy and a meal. Super easy and goes good with butter. Kinda crispy on the outside and just a smidge doughy on the inside. Just depends how long you cook it. Also I usually put more salt on after I butter it also.

Welp I made me a batch, did not have a nice fry pan so I used two bread loaf pans and lined the bottoms with parchment paper, added a tablespoon of sugar., touch of salt… for oil I guess 1/3 cup seemed ok… with the bread loaf pans they come out, and you can cut em into kinda bread sticks almost… But ya, simple and tasty… will make again. 👍 have a good day!
I think that Americana chickens lay colored eggs. that's a good idea using pork rinds, my mom and grandma made cracklins and you are right they can be very hard and unless you have good teeth it's not pleasant to bite into some of them.
We have 30 plus chickens and we get get breen, blus ,brown, tan ,and traditional white. I have no clue which one lays which. But the all taste like eggs.
