I know everyone likes to regurgitate the role of tanks is "to create space" but absorbing every enemy cooldown is also pretty useful so when your genji blades in or whatever everyone's stuns/sleeps are on cooldown.. easy team wipe.

I used to be stuck in gold but ever since I learned how to Power Stance I've climbed to top 500. True story.
Been running through these tips nonstop the last few days and my ball feels better than ever. Got to GM (console) without most of them, but knowing all this will definitely make a difference at higher levels. Best guide I've seen on this

1:00 quick tip for console players, this doesn’t work if you have toggle crouch on, which it the default on consoles. Go to your hammond controls and rebind to normal crouch instead and it will work :)

Jumping while spinning to win is a key tech against junk rat. I dont onow if this is just console but i bust up traps while jumping. Ty dude for the tech your a monster.

And I actually found out even for flat walls, you can also just do the easy version wall jump, no need to do the opposite input, but the timing is less tolerant than curved walls. I tried on all the flat walls you showed in the clips(and more) and it works!
been watching and playing your techniques since i was bronze back in christmas 2018, i know its not that impressive but i am now 2600sr (previously 700sr playing on a laptop), just from mainly playing ball, i know that karQ made a video recently with another ball player, but you will always be daddy

Im a tank main and I got the basics and fundamentals of all the tanks except for ball. I really wanna atleast not feed as him but everytime i pick him just to contest that last few secs of overtime i just end up feeding hard. Now thr ive seen this im definitely gonna start practicing them. Yeatle with the hardclutch on this video for tankmains.

The various wall jump techniques make me think of the Super Bounce Attack glitch from Sonic Adventure 2. They're even mechanically similar, involving rolling into walls of some sort while in Ball Mode and then doing the proper inputs to convert horizontal momentum into vertical momentum.
