It’s probably easier to take it off but whatever works for you :)

@@SteverGarage I managed to use a pair of long reach hose grip pliers to get the boot off the plug, and then a 3/8ths ratchet with a extension, then a swivel, and then the socket to get the plug out. I used the same pliers to grab the plug and pull it up.

That’s an opinion item!
I have been told champion is great.
I usually go for copper or nickel core the expensive ones don’t make any noticeable gains and I think your better just replacing more often

Not all TJ’s are the same, my 06 has coil pack and no wires but boots instead.

Yes I believe something like 2003 to 2006 has coils! :)

My 2000 tj has the coil rail

Newer ones will. I think 2003 and newer but I could be off. Same process after you remove the coil :)
