It takes time to impliment these features. Its not like they can just copy paste features from older games. They could be reimplemented, but that still takes time to adapt them and if the feature isn't necessary for the core gameplay (used in missions and such) there's no big reason to get side tracked on features that won't be used. So they can instead focus on the main story and the environment detail.

My top 3 GTAs 1 GTA IV 2 San Andreas 3 Vice City Each of these had in common unique athmosphere which weirdly you could feel. GTA V lacks athmosphere. It feels like 3D postcard thats lacking any depth. For IV physics, activities, interiors and especially story earned place in my heart forever which only rarely any game comes even close. Even after 14 years i still find something i didn't know about within game. Only complaint i have that they removed property purchasing feature and of course mini missions included with them. San Andreas was most fun and i don't mean comedy only. It had so many activities and interesting hidden features and details. I played it last year (original not remaster) and i found features that i didn't know and/or didn't remember there were. It also captured 90s perfectly. Vice City best thing in it was absolutely the music. I mean all GTAs have great soundtrack but Vice City is just unrivaled. It introduced property purchase, had multiple new minigames which carried to San Andreas gladly. Story and characters were distinctive, realistic and great. I wish we'll get something similar to these games in future. Sadly writer of all classic GTAs Dan Houser and procuder and designer Leslie Benzies are gone. Some other employees left as well. I have very low expectations for GTA6 since we saw how GTA Online consumed the whole company.

I am glad that I first played GTA 5, and only then I played and completely went through GTA 4.
Gta IV is probably the best ever made to be honest
My top 3 GTAs
1 GTA IV
2 San Andreas
3 Vice City
Each of these had in common unique athmosphere which weirdly you could feel.
GTA v may have had the best graphics but by far it had so much missing from the other games it just ranks lower in my opinion. Hopefully if I live long enough to see gta vi some of these features will make a return
Crouching and climbing is a dlc option in GTA 5 and it costs 70$ to unlock them
GTA IV was so good in combat because they asked bas rutten to do the moves. And hes on tv in gta iv on a show called 'bathroom talks' or something like that.
Gta 5 and Red Dead Redemption 2 removed a lot of features from their previous games
Rdr2 is not bad
@@Rockingchairdreamer its a bit less especially the multiplayer
Rdr2 has better features
That means haven't played rdr2 yet
@@JustaUser24876 rd 1 online had all it needed to make it fun better modes and zombie mode and wasn't mainly focused on micro transactions and cosmetics rd 2 online modes were boring and cheap
5:30 When the pizza is not Hot N' Ready
7:45 use taxi. It has these little pick up missions and its fun
But Rockstar really did a good job in Bully game Combat
No lie man I really used to love the police missions
thats how i dodge irl when fighting someone with fists but i usualy use kicks 4:47
You get the police outfit in San Andreas from dating Barbara. Dating is also another feature that was not added to GTA V
Almost every past GTA game had vigilante missions to do. Except for GTA 5
The best feature is the GTA IV Blood the blood actually can get into your jacket/shirt, it is a really cool feature because you look like a killer or something
EDIT: to get that feature you need a knife or a gun to get that and you need to kill people alot
3:52 satisfyingly funny
Did you know in GTA 6 you won't have to worry about hand to hand combat. Because you will have guns 😃.
This is why I like to download GTA IV
Hey if you don't mind what if I say in gta VCS you can block the attacks. Grab necks and break them when sneaking. Heavy attack and light attack. Attack people on foot. Just an information for you man
vcs and lcs are the most boring gta’s
@@CouldaWouldaShoulda gta 4 is more boring than both of them
@@Sh0ckV ive never played gta 4 but i have played lcs and vcs and cant even get one mission in because its that boring, but ive seen gta 4 gane play and it looks way funner
@@CouldaWouldaShoulda trust me its way worse than it looks. theres almost no variety in missions and theres almost nothing to do in the city. side activities are half assed. i had way more fun in lcs and vcs.
@@Sh0ckV no variety 🤡
Gta 4s counter attack finishers where the best in any rockstar game to date
Well actually seeing all the beta clips for gta 6 (we have to wait and confirm if it ends happening) looks like being able to buy foot and eat it will be back
Gta 4 must have had the most enterable interiors for both missions and just exploration
Probably spent all of the budget on story and online or maybe because the characters are old idk
The new feature that shows most watched scenes in your video shows that the raid shadow legends no one sees it XD
I’d understand if Trevor or micheal can’t do that kind of parkour but Franklin should’ve totally been able to
Michael when he realizes he cant play raid shadow legends on his phone:👁👄👁
4:19 epic moment in all gta history
In gta v they fight like middle schoolers
they have a lot of the parkour aspects and ideas in rdr1 and 2
they need to bring all these back in the next one
I want gta 4 now it is better in all ways
