The phonebooth clip is definitely a mod - if this was a myth that truly existed, it'd probably use objectid 1346 (found north of SF at bayside area) cause the red booths don't exist in the gamefiles

A. It's a copycat killer whose targeting women instead of men.
B. It was changed to men after the models were already made
