The countertops and shower are a solid surface countertop. So setting hot items on counter is okay. The interior of the cabinets and drawers are real wood. The faces are made of a fiberboard that is cnc cut, heat pressed and has a pvc wrap on the face as a water deterrent.

@@RV-Tripn-with-Chris that fiberboard will swell if come in contact with water in someway if theres a tear or cut in the pvc wrap, from what i hear.
