Ciao Fiorella and Aden, I really love this house, because it's just me and my boyfriend, I would move the kitchen table to where the couch is, put in a small island for more workspace. Have the first bedroom as a living room with a pull-out sofa for guests. The house is perfetto. Amore da N.Y.

This place is just about perfect. I do have a suggestion : take the wall out between the kitchen and that bedroom. This makes the LIVING space multi functional. Purchase a pullout sofa and you now have a guest room for the occasional visitor.

One of the nicer ones I've seen in your channel! If the 2nd bedroom were on an upper level with a tiny balcony it would have been ideal. The beautiful ceilings and the pleasant kitchen made it so much more desirable than other's you've shown us. Even if the cost was 25 euros more with those additions it would be a great deal.
