    W❤W. This is the best and nicest property that is actually affordable to your average person. I would be very happy to snap up a home like this if I were younger. Sadly being older would make the climbing of the steps tough and even harder in few years to come as I advance in years. Someone is going to be very lucky to buy such a beautiful home.

      It sounds like you've come across a truly remarkable property! It's understandable to appreciate its affordability and appeal, especially to younger individuals who might find the stairs manageable. As we age, physical limitations can become a consideration, making accessibility an important factor in choosing a home. Whoever ends up purchasing this beautiful property will indeed be fortunate. If you have any other thoughts or questions about the property or anything else, feel free to share!

    I would move in today if I could. No changes except making 2 apts, with the extra kitchen where suggested. And some paint.

      It’s fantastic to hear you’re so excited about the property! Moving in today sounds like a dream come true. 😊 Your ideas for making two apartments with the extra kitchen and a bit of painting sound perfect for personalizing the space and making it truly yours.

    Sorry how much would owner of this house pay every year in tax for rubish and water and other services? Thank you.

    It always confused me how or why the Floorplan of these houses are. They make no sense and are difficult 😅 it's a cute home but needs so much work. Pura Vida ✌🏽

      I understand your perspective! Sometimes, older homes can have unique floorplans that may not always align with modern preferences or needs. Renovating such properties can indeed require thoughtful planning and effort. If you're passionate about making it your own, with a little creativity and effort, you can transform it into a beautiful space that fits your vision.

      Especially when there is a bizarre stair like that in the kitchen, you can bet that was added. Sometimes a house has been divided and the good stair was in the other part. A good place for a stair would be beneath the ones leading from the first to the second floor. Then that bedroom wouldn’t have to be a walk thru. It’s interesting what a grand entrance now just leads to the cantina-a cultural archeologist could tell us how it used to be!

      It was probably built a few hundred years ago. Different requirements.

    • @RealEstateExclusiveProperty

      You’ve made some really interesting observations! Stairs like the one you described in the kitchen do often seem like an afterthought, especially if the house has been divided or altered over time. It’s fascinating how architectural changes can tell a story about the house’s past. You're right-if a proper staircase had been placed more thoughtfully, like beneath the existing stairs to the second floor, it could avoid awkward layouts like walk-through bedrooms.
      It’s intriguing to think how homes evolve, adapting to new needs while still holding traces of their former selves!

    • @RealEstateExclusiveProperty
      @RealEstateExclusiveProperty  2 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Absolutely! Houses built a few hundred years ago had very different design priorities and lifestyle needs compared to modern times. The layout, including things like stairs and room arrangements, often reflected practical needs like heating, security, or even how families lived and worked in their homes. Many older homes have been altered over time to adapt to modern standards, which can sometimes result in quirky layouts or additions.
      It’s amazing to think about how much history is hidden in these homes-each alteration tells a story about how people lived over the centuries!
