I've just completed my first-ever trail race! Although trail running has never been my interest, I BELIEVE CHALLENGING OURSELVES IN AREAS WE'RE NOT GOOD AT HELPS IN COMPREHENSIVE PERSONAL GROWTH. EVERY DAY IS AN OPPORTUNITY FOR IMPROVEMENT, WHETHER WE LOVE IT OR NOT, PROGRESS ALWAYS HAPPENS #SuperHoopRunner #innovativeandpositiveenergy
Despite the harsh weather, rain, rocks and mud, as well as nearly falling several times, I am grateful to GOD for keeping me safe. Those near-fall moments were like scenes from a comedy show😅This unforgettable experience turned my period pain into strength🙏☺️🔥 #PeriodsWontStopUs⚡
For safety reasons, I didn’t take many videos or photos during the race-😄I didn't want to add 'slippery phone juggling' to my challenges. Especially with the heavy rain 🌧️ making the trails even muddier, whether uphill or downhill, I was fully concentrated👀
Met some running buddies along the way and felt the amazing support. This journey has been incredibly empowering💪🌧️🏃♀️Hats off to everyone at the Buff Forest Force Run - You All Rock💪🌟 Only together do we understand the true test of endurance and challenges we faced together🙌🌎🍀
