Thanks...#4 is what I have on my 2021 Defy Advanced 2. They left it tilted slight backwards, which caused extreme discomfort. Thanks to your instructions at the end, I figured out that after I loosened the one and only allen nut in the back, that I would now be able to adjust the dial in the front with my fingers. Didn't have to waste time going back to the bike shop and I even set it slightly tilting forward...not as much as your saddle, but enough to make it more comfortable.

This is addressing the symptoms NOT the cause.
Dr. Steven Schrader with the National Institute for Occupational Safety and Health (NIOSH): “When you sit on a bike the pressure on the perineum increases sevenfold. Riders using a classic saddle place 1/4 of their body weight on the perineum. The amount of oxygen reaching the *** typically falls 70% to 80% in 3 minutes. A guy can have his oxygen levels drop 100% but he doesn’t know it. After half an hour he goes numb.
Saddles with splits or holes may make matters worse because they have smaller surface areas, and hence the rider’s weight presses harder on less saddle. The arteries in the perineum run laterally and therefore they come under more pressure when they come into contact with the cutouts’ edges. It is no longer a question of whether or not traditional bike saddles causes ED, but what are you going to do about it?” @t

The most common mistake is riding ANY of these seats period!
Traditional and/or modified traditional single platform nosed or “horned” bicycle seats cause prostate health issues such as elevated PSAs and prostatitis. They create strictures in the urethra, damage the internal pudendal artery, and cause pilonidal cysts on the tailbone. These seats also cause a long list of female specific tortures.
Dr. Steven Schrader with the National Institute for Occupational Safety and Health (NIOSH): “When you sit on a bike the pressure on the perineum increases sevenfold. Riders using a classic saddle place 1/4 of their body weight on the perineum. The amount of oxygen reaching the ***** typically falls 70% to 80% in 3 minutes.
It is no longer a question of whether or not traditional bike saddles causes ED, but what are you going to do about it?”
This is what you do about it:

If that's your attitude - that how something looks is more important than how it performs ... you deserve to take the bus!

The spongy looks like a great seat for anyone who rides flat pathways. The horn of the seat plays an important role in body position when climbing and this thing looks limiting. It also looks like the seatpost is going to go straight inside of you if you crash

@@jabobwong I am always amused at those who have never ridden our product somehow know how it performs. If you look at our site we have everything except very technical downhillers. This guy knows nothing about how the seat works. He also does not understand that his last statement is an impossibility. Furthermore, the fact that there is no horn means you can really torque when going uphill because you can push really hard without "grinding yourself in to oblivion." We have 38,000 seats out there and NO reports of anything even remotely close to what he is saying. Complete ignorance is being shown by this guy.
