Hi Craig! Honestly I use Illustrator way more than Photoshop for my digital products. However, I do find that Photoshop has some features that Illustrator does not. I just personally rarely need those features. With that said, I pay for both. In your case, I would download the free trial for both and explore the features to see if it's necessary to have them. For cinematic videos, I can definitely see Photoshop being very beneficial. Does that help?

Hopefully to help you out a bit in advance, try going to Canva and go to the top to "Templates" and click on "Instagram Posts". A bunch of free templates will pop up that you can work with and save as images to upload on Instagram! I can provide tutorials on this for sure. Let me know if my explanation makes sense! :)

@@Ioannnify so if you're planning to print a large poster with super vibrant colors, CMYK will make a small difference. If not, I tested the difference for my digital prints and there was no difference at all. You can definitely export to CMYK if you're using vibrant colors! :)
Could you please show us how to save files where its the best quality for printing and uploading into Instagram/social media? Also could you should us how to upload the saved files into Instagram? As I always feel like when I upload a drawing onto my Instagram it is blurry. Thank you so much 🤍

Yes it absolutely can be resized. I usually send the client a png file but you can also save it as a svg file from illustrator :)
