Hi chris! While i’ve never been out of the United States via air, I have been on a cruise ship, and I really recommend it! There are cruise lines that are closed loop ( ends at the same port you started at) and open loop (ex; starts in FL, ends in australia ) that you could go on i think that would be so much fun for you! The only difference between the two is the type of service you get, the rooming of course, and the cost. The experience is the same! And depending on which sea you sail on at specific times, you definitely CAN feel the ship heavily sometimes which can make some sea sick, but i am usually unaffected by it. Typically it depends on the weather conditions, i’ve gone during hurricane season before and had a blast while others not so much 😂😂😂.
Anyway, i hope we can see more cruising content soon! ❤ My favorite cruise line is carnival !!
I love doing the cruise's, just sitting and watching, best to walk were the ships dock and going inside and check out the boat and prices much cheaper.

I have been on 3 family cruise 🚢 ships, celebrity, carnival & norwegian and none of them look as Cozy as the smaller luxury River cruises. + (plus) its nice to wake up in a new destination. - (minus) they are not there very long 🤷 I heard Greece & Italy would be great to sail since there are so many nice islands ! I made this trip in 2020 and it was fun and one of the most amazing places and Cruises! Yes It goes from Cairo to Luxor and Aswan in 15 days, but there are a limited number of trips

Looked lije a great cruise..this is still on my bucket list..i saw one on yt where they leave from cairo down to luxor but with large boats that use the wind's energy..true sailing.Tourism is definitely suffering if only 10 people were on board. Definitely cuz of the war next door. So glad you went! Looks fabulous! Dont know how the company is making money with this. They should promote egyptian tourism in asia..cuz it seems like western tourists are mostly staying home!

We did the 3 day cruises also and stopped at so many places and got off in Cairo but our ship was not as nice as this one i spent so much time on top when it was moving because there was so much cool stuff to see. Even got to go through the locks that was bad ass

We need more like Chris to promote Egypt tourism. Looks like the Egyptian government destroyed it. This is the high season in upper Egypt and only 10 people on the cruise. No wonder why the economy in Egypt is suffering now. Although, the income from tourism alone can contribute to Egyptian economy a lot. But what can you do if people in this sector are not qualified to be in their positions.
The war next door has killed the tourism. Next door neighbours are a headache!
If you want to guarantee the best cuisine on a Nile cruise, quality and taste, you stick to either Moevenpick or Oberoi ships. I’ve worked for 10 years as a tour leader and guide in Egypt, so you can trust that experience!

We did the Nile cruise and a week on Red Sea for our honeymoon was amazing we did a much bigger itinerary than you though
