- After many failed attempts (to strictly RNG based things, I promise ;] ) I finally beat my previous record of 2:15:58. I lost some time to not picking up things in Over and Out and Empty Spaces so I think this can be narrowed down to a 1:45 (if you're lucky, of course).
Practice runs for this were streamed over at / kyfaros , so it would mean a lot if you checked us out there! If you're thinking of speedrunning the game yourself, feel free to ask for tips in the comments or on our discord server! (link is below).

This helped me beat the game by knowing which missions are required
No free TH-cam approved music??? I can't believe I watched the whole thing! I thought some veterans on multi-player might be doing a speed run, but nope, just heading north for Experimental weapons or hanging out at the airfield. I get Overburdened so often because I pick up EVERYTHING. How did you get 5 bars on Stamina with No Skills? And I realized halfway through, I've never been to Uttern!

With you being the moderator of the gen z page on speedrun.com do you think you could either create separate categories for glitched & glitchless runs? With certain bugs being patched as the game has aged, it creates an unlevel playing field if I were to start running the game today.
Bruh I'm not even out of the first zone (I haven't gotten to the mane island I've gotten to the bridge tho) and I've been in the game for 5 hours like bruh

@@Kyfaros Stamina exploit was patched out, can no longer jump to replenish.
@@traviswalton7068 Yeah thats part of the reason I stopped running generation zero, the monthly updates make it hard to run as updates can make the run alot quicker or slower, so i'm waiting until the game is pretty much completely finished.

No unfortunately, I was focusing on the run as much as possible due to the previous mishaps we had on stream when attempting to read chat...
It's weird seeing you using 1c weapons instead of 5c and 6c XD
i got a 1h 36m on a practice run where uttern war bunker didnt spawn enough runners to open the door without reset lol sub 1h30 is possible
Sub 1h30 is definitely possible, I made some huge mistakes on this run by not picking up certain story items and having to run all the way back to get them

@@subzero142 Damn, nice! I checked it out and sadly its not a "legit" speedrun as you change difficulty mid game, but still well done!
