The answer is Holy spirit .He is the person that makes the difference to everything else.
I was raised a Jehovah's Witness. I have been shunned 3 times . I now realise God's love personally and the abundant universe and still read Jesus teachings and try to follow in the way I treat others.
Faith is the deep inner knowing that things will eventually fall into place, when the time has come.
Matthew 6:33: “But seek ye first the kingdom of God, and his righteousness; and all these things shall be added unto you” (KJV)
Luke 17:20-21: “Once, on being asked by the Pharisees when the kingdom of God would come, Jesus replied, “The coming of the kingdom of God is not something that can be observed, 21 nor will people say, ‘Here it is,’ or ‘There it is,’ because the kingdom of God is in your midst.” (NIV)

I learn something, understand something, EVERY time I listen to Mr. Tolle. He is a generous teacher, and I am a very slow and grateful student.
My father spent his life searching for what he called THE truth, hopping from one evalangical church to another and was even a preacher at one point. I left home at 17 to get away from it all. Just discovered Eckhart a few months ago and I feel like now so many things make sense. Thank you so much for your teachings ❤

complaining about your father is proof that you are not accepting your situation to change it for the better. Complaining is negative by nature. If you left home with negative energy, unfortunately you will also enter your next relationship with that same negative energy. you will not accept or tolerate the imperfect nature of others, remembering that you yourself are imperfect

Today I saw a lady on the bus. She was in a wheel chair. She was wearing shiny pink boots that had lights, pink pants, pink sweater, pink coat, pink hat with a yellow pompom. It impressed me how good she must feel, despite the wheel chair. I was impressed.

I re-listen to these teachings/blessings often. Or I search for a one, that will apply to my current present challenge or emotion for guidance. Each time, I learn it better and deeper. All of it works together and strengthens the ability to stay in the "here & now," making the present moment solid and confident. Beyond this... Thank you too, Eckhart, for teaching me stillness and that space. It is precious. I used to resist it or feel guilty, feeling the need to just sit and be. Now I realize it's necessary. Your HUGE but simple message IS my daily prayer for others to receive. You said it, "...accessing the source of life...", I feel it! Sincerely grateful❤

An interesting mystic named David Hawkins posited that certain people have such high vibrations that they hold aloft countless others in the Earth realm. I'm paraphrasing, but definitely think of Eckhart when i read his words: vibes matter.

I have comfort in the thought that some cages are lovely homes for some birds. They are fed, and kept safe, and are comforted in that cage. I left the cage because it was not where I found God anymore. I think God and Spirit and Higher Consciousness communes with people where they are. I was raised one of Jehovah's Witnesses and left that religion when I was 29. I no longer have anger or need to tell people to free themselves from religion. I see religions as places where some people meet and fall in love with Higher Consciousness. I have returned to God in a new way, but I first was in love with Higher Consciousness within the religion of my youth. I have a lot of peace with my journey now, understanding that I do not have to worry about the hearts or journeys of others. I practice faith, love, compassion, forgiveness, and pursue wisdom and I believe that is the way Jesus lived and that is Christ Consciousness.

I grew up in the faith, I personally liked it but I realized I needed to explore my concept of faith - it was hard… but exploring how faith is perceived by others- has allowed me to know that faith is different for all of us.
Thankyou Eckhardt again, and again. I feel 'God's presence' in nature, in the wild flowers and ferns in the forest after the fires and rain. In a world that seems to be losing it's grip on sanity, there remain these precious little miracles to behold.

One of the greatest teaching of Jesus (Judge not, that ye be not judged For with what judgment ye judge, ye shall be judged: and with what measure ye mete, it shall be measured to you again) he told you how the universe works, how we create our own reality, what you cause another to experience you will experience yourself he also taught how to transcend judgment through forgiveness a great teacher indeed.
Perfect mirror, 'judgement' becomes deep understanding instead, they still might get the wrong idea about it and crucify you for it, that's what the feeling of exposure can do

18:47 "...God doesn't exist because 'exist' means to be manifested"... well we as mere humans can't fully perceive God, that's for sure, but he *has* perfectly manifested himself in the person of Jesus Christ, that is exactly the main message in the New Testament. 😇

Feel and see Gods presence in all and everything and everyone . Even in those horrors we are confronted with and change will come . Those you put into darkness call you to it . Peace and love in Christ Jesus .

15:49 Eckhart knocked my socks off. I've experienced that with the New Testament. There is the dogmatic/imperial wash throughout - but shining with the unabashed beauty of universal truth are the words - as Eckhart puts it - of someone "deeply aligned with consciousness". Resonating words that Sound True.
It is SO encouraging to listen to Eckhart, but also to see how many people are now being touched and understanding how we can change and how we can help ourselves. What a wonderful gift these teaching are. Thank you all.

Eckhart! you are one sent by God in our 21st century, a prophet of our time, with an apparantly simple message, to open our hearts to the ocean of consciousness that is within us...your language is simple...I have never heard 'the kingdom of heaven' spoken of so beautifully...this for sure is what Jesus meant...that the dimension of spaciousness is within each one of us...that way of putting it has taken my breath away so to speak, and it is really good news for me and good news I continue to pass on to people when we engage in conversation...thank you Eckhart! @jzu6661 truth doesn't contradict itself. Tolle doesn't believe everything Christ taught and doesn't follow the Christ who sits at the fathers right hand. He follows the new age Jesus along with any other anti Christ guru. Edit - he is a new age guru

@lucycat4305 Tolle doesn't believe what Christ taught his apostles about himself. Tolle doesn't believe what the apostles taught the church about Christ. And Tolle doesn't believe what the church itself teaches about Jesus. The new covenant and new Testament are not a cryptic or occult text. Because we have the clear teaching of the church through 2000 years of history given through the teachings and holy lives of the saints.

Teachers from antiquity nested the lessons in different words, but they teach the same thing when turning the lessons inward. Buddha - Seek Emptiness. Jesus - Blessed are the poor in spirit. Buddha - Karma, cause and effect. Jesus - The measure you mete unto others will be likewise meted to you. Etc. We just have to read them without attachment.

18:35 "One can only give something like a poetic image of God..." The image that would transcend all images would be if God himself put on flesh, and showed us himself what life would look like in a human life perfectly surrendered to him. That is Jesus, the Word become flesh, God with us, the image of the invisible God. We can know what God is like and what he wants because he has revealed it to us, and expressed it to us in terms we can grasp, that is in a human life lived out in the world we all live in.

Have you ever had a prolonged experience of absolute peace, serenity, bliss and love? I'm talking over 72 hours of pure bliss?
I had this a few weeks ago - it scared the shit out of me tbh.
Me too, I learned TM 9 yrs ago but fell out of practice, but when I did it, I felt so calm, and bliss it was beautiful. I'm starting practice again 🙏

The second was in january this year and it lasted 5-6 days
I wasn’t seeking them either time, but both times I was Worning with Carl Jung”s description of the psyche and Abraham Maslow”s description of peak experiences when realizing the (true) Self
The great "I am" to recognize existence in less the a nanosecond, the now which is so fluid. The epiphany you see in the faces of youth when you tell them that we can only live within less than a nanosecond. Giving that as a measurement of being alive gives some frame of reference/recognition.
Overcoming our lower carnal self is the Great Work!!!

No it doesn't. Eckhart Tolles teachings directly contradict Jesus teachings and the fact that he died for us, for our sins. So please question everything he says and ask yourself who is more trustworthy. Eckhart Tolle or Jesus. You can't have both.
You can have both and many people do. You are trapped by Christian man made ideology. Jesus was not of this world- he was the bringer of peace and ultimate love. So is eckhart.

I’ve concuded that the Kingdom of Heaven is not a place but a realization.
1. Deuteronomy 25:11 "When two men are fighting and the wife of one of them intervenes to drag her husband clear of his opponent, if she puts out her hand and catches hold of the man by his privates, you must cut off her hand and show her no mercy." 2. Psalms 137:9 "Happy is the one who seizes your infants and dashes them against the rocks." 3. 1 Peter 2: 18: "Slaves, in reverent fear of God submit yourselves to your masters, not only to those who are good and considerate, but also to those who are harsh." 4. Jeremiah 19:9 "I will make them eat the flesh of their sons and daughters, and they will eat one another's flesh because their enemies will press the siege so hard against them to destroy them."

The 'personality' described by Eckhart is what we call the 'nafs' in Sufism, usually translated as 'self'or 'ego'. The essence (dhaat) is emphasised more because it is closer to the reality. That is the Kingdom of Heaven.

And I fully agree, Eckhart: you do God's will when you remain in the now. Even as a child I often wondered: "What does God want from me?" I was in anguish very often, because of that question. And living in the present has saved me.

I agree with everything you say Eckhart. It is the Transcendent, the source, pure consciousness that lies within and without all of us. Yet, ''How does one get there? The answer is simply through Transcending. The Transcendental meditation technique takes you there directly. One learns and then one is totally self-sufficient from there on. Also, becomes FULL with Love, God's Love, Grace, Harmony and Peace and Dynamic activity! With all best wishes. The world is awakening. Jai Guru Dev
