I am SO excited that I get to finally reveal the new bike on the channel that I recently purchased. This bike has surprisingly been a ton of fun, and I hope to show you a little bit why in this video. While there are no plans to replace my Honda Rebel 500 with this bike, you may see it from time to time as I take it out on adventures around the Pacific Northwest. Ride safe!

Not gonna lie, I was waiting to see the Rebel 1100!
lol I know… but that might very well be happening before you know it. I’ve got a few other great bikes I want to try (and some I’ve already tried) before I decide what the next bike will be. That 2024 blue 1100 might be calling my name!
Enjoyed the video. I have a Goldwing, Vespa and Virago. You and your wife will enjoy the scooter. Hope you will make trips together and video your experiences. By the way I am 73 and been riding since 1964. Started with a Cushman Eagle.

looks awesome. i started riding back in the early 1980s on a 100cc Lambretta scooter. was great. ive been looking at the Honda ADV scooters and the biggest is a 750cc recently too. my current bike and how i found your vlogs is a 2020 Honda Rebel 500SE.

Yeah, those Honda ADV scooters are really interesting. Honda does know how to build solid cvt transmissions, so I’m not surprised.

I know what you mean, I used to say the same thing. But a 500cc scooter is pretty fun to ride.
I actually think it would be cool to see videos of the wife learning on that, and little runs on it just you on the scooter. I think it's a smart idea for you to have the wife on. Be safe and looking forward to more.
Could be a possibility in the future, we shall see! I will definitely get out on it and explore some more.
Scooters are a blast , I live in a small town and use the town as my personal race track. Gas milage is awesome.
Yes, 100%! I was really surprised how much fun this scooter was. It’s perfect for zipping around town and hitting some of the back roads.

I found your channel because I went from a 170cc scooter to a 2019 Rebel 500 2 weeks ago and was looking for information which I found on your channel so thank you. Scooters are a blast had some issues with my scooter, but around town and running errands, that thing was a blast. Down the road when I have more space, a scooter will be in my garage in addition.

Yeah, that’s what I’ve heard from other people who have owned scooters. I think some people are quick to judge them, but they are a ton of fun! They feel different enough that it can be a totally different experience on them. Congrats on getting your 500 and ride safe!
@@evergreenmoto Agreed, my scooter was fantastic for my city commute but in my drives county to county on the weekends the Rebel 500 is just so much more tolerable at highway speeds also nimble enough in the city. Scooters have their place and I can't knock them. Thank you for the awesome content and keep riding safe as well.
