I also had an XP-Pen Innovator which I used for 3 months over the Summer of 2022/21. Then I didn't use it until just recently as work took me away from art. And guess what? It didn't work properly, and was out of warranty. The tablet is not strong enough. Whenever I tried to used the buttons (particularly the one under the dial) the tablet glitched (or it did it randomly). I videoed it and sent it to XP-PEN. They acknowledged it was a fault with the tablet but said it was out of warranty (even though I'd only actually used it for 3 months then put it on a shelf). Since then I've saved the money to buy a WACOM 16 and I understand how it is much more solid (it doesn't flex like the XP-pen) and 100% reliable thus far. It was a lesson in getting what you pay for. :(
Hi I was wondering how you managed to use the tablet as a seperate monitor? It came up with a secondary monitor but I couldn’t really open apps in nor find the screen on my laptop? And when I try use the cursor on my laptop it moves the cursor on the tablet? I have no idea what is happening and I keep getting no signal on and off even though the connections are all right
