Nah, no glitch. It's called _Muscle Memory_ and if you notice when you are a passenger in a car you will look over your should when the driver changes lanes. It's a result of something you do all the time and it's an unconscious action.
@@josephking6515 it depends who’s driving 😂 if I don’t trust their driving I’d check but if I trust then I don’t pay as much attention. But yes muscle memory makes sense.
Good idea but the centre of the drill bit having a point on it will just start to push the tape off the board and may still result in blowout. Works real good on a circular saw though. 👍
If I was drilling that slow I would die of old age before the hole was finished. 🤦♂ Tried the second method on a drill press and I got a wonky hole where the two sides didn't line up by about ½mm despite me checking the that the bit was square to the board. There appears to be a tiny wobble with the chuck head that may have caused that.
Something thats absolutely logic and only makes sense....if one only would use a minuten to think about it. Sadly ure a dime a dozen mate. Hope more will become and reverse this ignorant society of public schooled zombies
Nice and smooth bill!😊

Another great video thanks Bill for the explanation 👍👍

Can you show us how to pack a uneven floor for houses with movement , not much out there in Australia and the trades want to charge a fortune
Great tip, thanks
Hi Bill
Love the videos.
How do you use a holesaw on corrugated iron sheet if its an external wall
Then how do you weather proof it
Nice!😊
I kid you not, I attempted to blow the dust away 😂 there must have been a glitch in my head 😂
So did I..🤣 Another great vid.
Lol

You’re welcome 👍
Thanks Bill, would the same principle work for Brick walls? (brick that have a render on top).
Have you tried putting masking tape on the other side to see if it helps? just curious.
Honestly never tried it. I have tried it on another experiment with a circular saw which still caused blow/tear out
Using a sacrificial material as backing like foam or osb or whatever scrap you may have on hand, helps limit tearout on the bottom.

Can you show how to drill a clean big hole through the brick wall ?
