  • ‎@theafricanjumbee4057 .unless we come together as a people, we will continue to fail in Africa. we have to get away from this individual mindset in order to be successful as a people. we have to work together. sometimes working together is what will take us to the next level. if we don't realize this, we will continue to fail. we will continue to be at the bottom while others rise above us, using what should rightfully be ours to enrich and empower them over us. theafricanjumbee@gmail.com #diasporainafrica #tanzania #businessopportunity #grenada #tanga #agriculture #canada #doingbusinessinafrica #beautifulafricanwoman #exportingtanzaniaproducts

europeans are taught to be competitive with anohter they compete for the best european mind. yet i still have to find an european child that hates his race finds contempt in his own kind and beams with joy when they see a black person that doesnt look like him. but we as africans recieve the same education and in many instances much worse education and we largely hate one another enough to make a difference to complain and criticize. we eat our own because our leadership and mindset is not of conquest but of eating our own or european codependency. how many indians are in jail or asians to replace the african children in the mines in africa, how many ???? how many african are working the mines in other countries or denied niceties when they get there almost all of them im sorry all who are awake

I did this video as a cry to my people. It is time we wake up."Together, we stand, divided we fall." Sometimes, we have to look at what those who've succeeded did to succeed and emulate them. I love Africa, and I know a lot of us who come also love Africa. We come to Africa to succeed. Sadly, many have left Africa because they failed. I believe that if we truly come together ,if we get away from the individual mindset, we can succeed. The Indians, Chinese, and Arabs who come here are no better than us. What they have is a sense of together. Working together, building together, and moving forward together. We can succeed in Africa if we have togetherness.

I used to own a farm in an African village where I was doing sustainable farming with even bee hives to make honey and I was keeping a very good forest which took up about 70% of the farm. Now, every year disillusioned or ignorant villagers would burn the whole region and fires would engulf my forest, threatening the beehives, the orchard, animals etc. I was just stressed spending money on fire guides which they still skipped and burned on the inside. Apparently they burn forests in order to get rats and rabbits. There is also the threat to make charcoal extensively.
However, even without doing anything the forest produces honey, mushrooms, timber etc which can fetch more money than the rats and the charcoal. I did my best to convince locals otherwise they just don't get it. I eventually sold my farm and now I live peacefully on a much smaller property near town where I do gardening on a much smaller scale mainly for home consumption.
Due to deforestation, the rains in the regions are becoming scarce and erratic and this year famine is projected as the rains never fell; and the rivers which used to run until July were dry by the end of April.
We Africans have sunk really low, however I believe nature is slowly raising people who are awakened to take the reins once she has purged herself of ignorance.
I wouldn't support what the Indians and Chinese do either. They are the type that will use iron and Coltan, timber, oils etc to make final products in the name of business and making money. The scale at which they exploit these natural resources is crazy and the planet cannot survive like that. I've seen how they have dug up and scarred the Congo hunting for coltan and I certainly don't buy the idea. We, humans should find a way of living more sustainably whilst still creating wealth

The people are awake, it’s just that the economic and social systems have taken advantage of the people. This is not due to African “laziness” or so-called faulty Black individuality but to government immigration opportunities that favor certain groups over others.
I think we all fail to comprehend how this world system is stacked against us on the macro, micro, economic and governmental levels. We think that we are faulty but we do not comprehend that we are varied just as other people from nations are varied. There is no Black oneness and we are not from one country. Our solution cannot mimic theirs as we do not have their privileges.

Victim mentality + excuses. If we fought hard enough we could overcome any obstacle. It's lack of seriousness, interest and focus. Most brothers in the diaspora are out here using their passports to chase box rather than use that same energy to find investment opportunities. If men go to a country in search of opportunities as a business group rather than an individual, they will open their doors.

The current practice being used by the American diaspora is not effective and time moves on. Let’s try a different approach. Let’s do something alone lines. Form two groups a unity group in USA. We can teach those wanting to enter business from blocks experience in the different areas, countries. Knowing what should be a successful group business people understand that to ensure a good start a strategy has to be made as what the business wish to be and how it will benefits the area or country. Prepare that group and send them to that area.
The second part is the reception block, helping the new group to get a stable position in that area. They have enough capital to open the business and keep it operational for (18) eighteen months. Give them a step by step instructions of what need be done in order to set up the business. Including possible funding after a two year run of successful operation of that business.

      Exactly the issues are multifactorial:
      1) Go study history Indians and Chinese are some of the oldest civilization and biggest economies for millenia. This means they have been trading for centuries and millenia. The silk road etc. Europeans just burst on to the scene a few hundred years ago and they were really after the riches of India. And they wanted to bypass the Arabs who traded Indian goods to Europe at a premium.
      2) Subsaharan Africa has geographical disadvantages. Rivers are rain dependent and not navigable for long distances(cataracts and waterfalls). Europe and Asia(especially China have massive advantages). We are separated by a massive desert from the Mediterranean cultural exchange.
      3) Disease burden Europeans could not penetrate interior of Africa due to malaria being a death sentence for them as well as other tropical disease.
      4) The countries have haphazard drawing Eg. Yorubas are spread across 4 countries and have a larger population than Italians.
      5) The explicit purpose of all African colonies was to extract resources. Germany fought in World War One because it realize it was late to the colonization game. Francophone countries are vassal states of France even today. And our leaders are puppets including anglosphere.
      6) Basically we are late to game because of several reasons. China sent its people out to be educated and then protected their industry. They don’t have a bunch of white ppl running industries in China they rather fail and improve. Basically, while you’re fledging it’s better to have foreigners teach your ppl but not control the industrial. That’s the reality. Can’t compete with the capital and experience if your government does not protect you

The non unity mentality I say came from colonialism and slavery but that is of the past. In the US the same lack of unity exists. Our religious, political, and civic leaders are nowhere to be found. To add insult to injury you have American blacks and diasporan blacks having group sessions discussing what one group thinks of the other or what one group said negatively of the other. Who gives a damn what one black thinks of the other? We are suffering economically. until we decide to unite and work together we will continue to be an underclass. The future for blacks is in the hands of blacks. Think about it.

i declare im arab in origin but Tanzanian,
i think you are using wrong approaches even in your talk/advices. the best way is to use nationalistic approach or family approach but not society approach, religious or traditional approaches. You can use them as manpower/employees. African nations cannot unite as everyone is trying its best to alleviate from poverty, improve lives of its citizens. we have different economies, different traditional and language background, different populations, different amount of resources, different EPZ, variety of governance and many others. that is difficult to.come to harmony. dont expect for example african investor from kenya will merge with senegalese investor, they just dont trust one another, its a nightmare. will you believe if i told you South africa (the one you regard we should be brothers to invest) was given oppprtunity bt Tanzania government to have shares in certain investments, but actually detsroyed investment and walked away. we can no longer trust one another.
best way is you find your family co-investor or country man who you trust one another, equal injection into the investment or take loan, contract the experts to take you through and design for you business model and human resources and use your country representatives eg. ambassador to connect you to the foreign investments, these are keys what other foreign investors do.

Indians got their capital from their tribal capital in India. Aga Khan foundation funded many businesses in East Africa. Chinese got their capital from Chinese government loans. Chineses and Indians are happy to work hard for other Indian or Chinese businesses without being dishonesty. The same isn't true for Africans.

Brother whether we are in the diaspora or not there is no such thing to do with blacks as a common unite and those blacks who has the fake money don't see themselves as the rest of africkans do infact the rich looks after the rich, the rich has a European individualist mindset like the Europeans do

YOU ARE 1000% ACCURATE!! I wish I was there to help you. Good luck to your journey. Time to reach outside of the community for STABLE support.
It’s an APTITUDE thing. There is not enough high level thinkers in the community. IQ is not the highest in the black race. This shows when it’s time to organize and use logic, deductive reasoning and critical thinking. Without superior cognitive and higher level executive functioning skills, it’s very hard to see the BIGGER PICTURE.

The Indians, Chinese and Arabs have their governments that support them. You are a black man don't without government support and true most black people I know don't like to live together. Not sure why, because when I left home I got together with like minded black people and we shared the rent 5 to a two bedroom apartment. When did black people stop doing that? We could have done the same thing in the countries where we come from and done.

I don't know if I fully agree with your comment. The strongest women I know are black women. From my mother down to countless other black women who do whatever she has to do to support her family. Even when our men disappear, she holds it down. They are humble because they have more responsible, hard-working, disciplined, and ambitious husbands and fathers. We are not that lucky. Women in our race also have to deal with all the children outside of our marriages. Only unintelligent women can be happy with this type of mental abuse. It is the black women who try their best to raise their children and keep their families together. Maybe this is something our men should copy from other races.

@@theafricanjumbee4057 i think he is right. African women, as strong as they may be, play a crucial role in creating disunity. Look even at the very basic level of a black family. Brothers from a single mom might be doing well together in unity until the time they will marry wives who will come create chaos between the bros leading to a family disunity. A disunity that was not there in the first place.
Another biggest malady affecting Africa😪, just next to individualism, is the ugly headed tribalism.

As a diasporian, has the Tanzanian Government been supporting your business efforts, has the community there supported you? It is rumored that in some African countries, Diasporian efforts to do business have been thwarted by the communities were they are.

La sikufanya. Promises were made to me that were not kept. I thank Allah that I have the means and the fighting spirit to proceed on my own. I am in the trenches working, getting my hands dirty, and building my business steps by step. Because of the experiences I am gaining as I do this solo. Because I have seen many who came and failed. Because I know of many who have lost their investments, they're all over TH-cam, and in the country I'm living in, I decided to do this video. I see how the Indians and the Chinese organize and successfully do business here. I have been to some of their establishments and seen it first hand.
You have been in Africa for a while now. You should know what I speak of. As a matter of fact, you don't have to be in Africa to know what I speak of. You're from America ,you have seen how the Indians and Asian do business. Even in black communities. What I do is make myself accessible to anyone who wants information. I don't ask for a consultation fee. As long as I have the information, I will assist.
Thank you for watching my video and commenting
