I did sways first on my NC and it made a big improvement. Medium to full stiff was much better than stock but the springs and shocks were still way too soft. After upgrading to Öhlins coilovers I set the sways to soft (soft damping too) and it actually feels like the sways should be softer. I'm not sure and probably won't go back to the stock sways just to see - plus, my setup right now is awesomely neutral on track. But it's a bit less comfortable over single-wheel bumps which gets a bit annoying on a street-driven car.
What mod should we do next?

Great vid. I love MX5s. Such a fun car. I wish they were hard tops though. Next you need to take it to a gymkhana or road rally event 🤙🏻
