Beat with a mixer for 10-15 minutes until stiff peaks form.
Fill the chocolate hemispheres with the berry mousse.
Cover with biscuits. Place in the fridge for 1-2 hours.
Pour chocolate over.

EXACTLY! Better yet, using a jar of maraschino cherries, 2 cups powdered sugar & ½stick of real butter softened. Mix powdered sugar, butter & 2tbsp maraschino cherry juice together & kneed into a firm dough/fondant.

Например, можно сделать желе в несколько слоев и, даже положить между ними какие-то рубленные орешки. Другой вариант: наполнить эти шоколадные полусферы кремом, который Вам нравится, главное чтобы крем был стабильный . Это может быть крем на основе сливочного сыра или сделать наполнитель по рецепту птичьего ,,молока". Можно также, добавить "пьяную вишню" или просто др. ягодку (кусочек фрукта) орешек и т.д. Конечно, такие изделия нельзя долго хранить, но по-экспериментировать можно. Здесь - масса вариантов, да - это займет время и ,возможно, выйдет не очень "бюджетно " , но зато - интересно и вкусно...
