When making the mousse, you might want to switch the whip cream part to before mixing the gelatin into the chocolate and condensed milk. The gelatin ended up setting and solidifying the chocolate, so the mouse didn't mix very well.
Generally, one teaspoon of powdered gelatin is equivalent to two gelatin leaves. Remember to follow the package instructions to hydrate and dissolve the gelatin.
Definitely a special dessert !
