I have been very happy with the unit. Working the unit with the remote is difficult to near impossible with the when trying to download movies - without remote I would say it's impossible. I just use my phone to download shows and movies and hard wire the projector to my phone. Much easier to use this way. The mini tri-pod isn't that great and projector tends to fall over a lot. an after market tripod may work better.

The projector overheats after an hour leading to choppy video and sound which makes it useless for watching films. The fan is way louder than the advertised 15 dB - it's more like 30 dB. My ears were ringing after using it for an hour. Picture quality is pretty bad - RGB hue is noticeable and the auto keystone is inaccurate. I have no idea how people can say this looks "good"...are they blind or just being paid by GearBest?
I find the picture very dark and am struggling with colour saturation and brightness and cant seem to get it right some objects on the image are not visible at all.
When I use the HDMI as a source I lose my Bluetooth audio function. So no longer will my music come from my wireless speaker, only from the tinny projector. The only way to fix this is to use the head phone jack as a hard connection to my speaker. Am I missing something?

This specific one does not compete in anyway. There is no comparison to a TV with its light emitting pixels and rich colors Tho response time is good lol & its convenient
Speaking of comparing a small projector to a TV, the WOWOTO H8 that is coming up in the next video, is very impressive, defiantly a more enjoyable experience when having your whole wall turn into a very enjoyable display that is over 72" I was able to do 100" but my wall doesn't have clearance lol

there's a setting under 'display' where you can turn the brightness up to 100% I think it's set to 50% by default, If you have a usb mouse it makes navigation easy. it's still a bit dark but it's only a tiny lamp and your eyes adjust in the dark after a few minutes. does your youtube still work? mine stopped working and I'm to unable it as device is not supported on the play store.

Hi, I have been checking this device and you also do not show how the picture looks when the light is on since it is only 100 ASIN Lumen one company said for the pic to be viewable in daylight the range needs to be 400 - 1000 ANSI Lumens but these projectors are way too expensive like $900. From what is see the display is pretty bad since it is dark. everything is barely visible cuz of that. When u Connected to HDMI I was not sure if it is good. It did not seem so but it would be useful if u run some tests there as well. and it does not show what about the battery life nor does it say anywhere in your comments. Someone below said that after having it for 2 months he had some issues with the battery. Some other comments got me worried as well. Seems that the projector is loud when everything is off, a person said that she has problems with Bluetooth devices but her speakers work. In general, I THINK that I would not spend money on it since the main issue is with the display, everything seems very dark and I would not spend money on it. It costs £171 in the UK.
But is it possible to set custom screen sizes? If i dont have the space to move back the projector can i get a bigger screen. Vice versa to get it smaller

for a bigger image... move the projector backwards away from the wall. the picture gets bigger but also it gets less bright so only works well at night time for a bigger picture.

I have not used it for a long time but i still dont recommend using it 24/7 as it gets really hot and will probably kill it self from all that heat, check my Wowoto H8 projector review, that is a much better mini projector but costs more.

raj rajah yes i thinks is very posible just need a especific cable from amazon or ebay or a electronic store with his name: (USB A Male to DC Plug Charging Cable) and them just make sure that the box of the charge that you will use have the same Am and Volt of the original charge of the projector maybe that box of the charge of you celphone can works or a power bank is fine and another think make sure of the how many mAh have this projector in his internal battery so you will need a bower bank more powerfull of that internal battery probably with 10,000mAh is enough cause some cellphone come around since a battery of 1000mah to 6000mah for example
