I am taking the plunge for my health! Have the old juicer. My hubby did the juicing. We gave up after 19 days, even though I lost 10 lbs on their special plan. He hates to juice. I told him I am going to do it! So, Nama2 is coming with the big discount. Thanks Joe, you always inspire me! Nancy in Colorado
We love our Nama Vitality 5800 and use it every day, it is definitely a favorite with the young grand children. They love their fresh juices at Nans. It looks like you put a lot of thought in to the Nama J2 Joe, I'll upgrade my Nama and gift my Vitality 500 to a family member. It will make juicing for the 7 grandkids a lot more convenient. 🙂
15 year warranty on the motor. 2 years on the parts. Nama should really up the parts to at least 5 years IMO. 2 years isn't too hot for a $500 plus juicer.
Now they warranty the whole thing. “Nama warrants to the owner that if the juicer motor base or any of its parts fail within 15 years from the date of purchase due to a defect in material or workmanship or as a result of normal wear and tear from ordinary household use, Nama will repair or replace the failed motor or juicer part at Nama’s sole discretion free of charge.”
I bought the J2 a couple of days ago using your code. I'm looking forward to receiving it. Yea, you are correct -- the cleanup is a big deal. We all know juicing is super healthy -- especially veggies -- but the cleanup, prep, and the actual feeding the juicer the produce, takes time. I love the fact that I can just put the fruits and/or vegetables in and let it do its thing.
I sold my Nama 5800 to get this new J2 juicer. I can load and walk away! I can’t wait to get it end of October! My life is very very busy with 2 kids! This juicer will help me a ton! Thanks Joe Cross!😍🥰😘
Considering there is no distributor outside of the USA, it concerns me that it would take months to get spare parts or a warranty claim processed outside the USA. The J2 is not even available currently with electric plugs and voltage, apart from USA's. This does not foster confidence in a warranty claim or request for spare parts.
I have the 5800 and love it. This new J2 will most definitely save time in both preparation time and free me to do other work during juicing. Can the container from the J2 be purchased separately and fit it on the 5800? It would be awesome if there are certain components from J2 can work with the 5800 design. Your comments will be most appreciated it. Thanks
Hey Ken Lo, great to hear that you are loving your Vitality5800. They are two different machines, so unfortunately, you can't attach the container to vitality 5800.

Warning ⚠️ I purchased this Nama juicer J2 2 months ago and the strainer inside and another part has been damaged while juicing some of the partials from the strainer came apart into the juice leaving small pieces inside my juicer because of this I am unable to juice at all. I contacted Nama through phone and email left them a voice-mail and I have yet to receive a response back. I was loving this juicer, but now I'm beginning to have second thoughts. I'll be waiting for a response I 'm very disappointed. I had my last juicer for year and years never had a problem I unfortunately gave it away after purchase this one. Some of the parts are very low quality plastic.
please keep us updated.i had a similar issue with the 5800 and nama sent me new parts ans made it right. true...it did take them a while to get bacl to me and i had to contact them a few times
@@shellbell646Hi, they had sent me an email the parts were going to be shipped, but then it was canceled. I had to email them to ask what happened? And they said that the were making sure the right parts were being sent to me and to wait for an email with shipping and tracking. So, I'm waiting now. I'll update soon as things get settled.
Update: 03/09/22 I have received all the additional parts and Nama came through which, I am pleased now. It did take some time to get the replacement and back & forward email. At the end I now can juice. Last thing, I was told that the parts I was receiving were updated, but when I received it, it all looked no different so, I feel like I been lied to and I hope I don't have any problems in the future. I am now cutting my vegetables & fruits as small as possible i don't agree with putting apples and other food objects that are large in the juicer they will destroy the strainer. So this is a heads u up if you have or are thinking of purchasing this.
My concern purchasing is that there is only 2 years on the parts, which tells me the parts other than the motor are not the best quality. It would be reassuring to know the entire element is covered similar to other competitors.
I don't think that means less quality on the parts. i think it's more of how much a person is utilizing the juicer. Parts can wear out faster if your an avid juicer vs someone who juices every now and then. I mean i think two years is generous. parts can be replaced. the motor is most important in my opinion. 15 years tells me it's a great product. it would be expensive for a company to make a profit if they are replacing parts for free for a long length of time. just my two cents. 😊
Hi, just watching some of your videos. What do you do with the fiber stuff that is left after juice is extracted? I've heard you can make or use in muffins, etc. thanks.
The J2 is a very nice juicer. The screen is not the easiest to clean, a horizontal juicer is quicker to clean. The 15 yr warranty is on the motor. The parts that are most likely to break such as the screen it's only a 2 year warranty so that's a bit misleading. 😄
Have you tried cleaning the juicer? It's actually incredibly quick and easy to clean - Joe has shared this multiple times during his LIVEs on Instagram and Facebook
@@FatSickandNearlyDead Not as easy as the Omega NC800 or the Hurom H200 which has a 2 piece plastic screen. Don't forget vertical juicers have a larger screen than a horizontal juicer. I do like the J2 though but the warranty is poor for a juicer that costs over $500. Omega and Nama juicers are both made by Hurom in South Korea but Omega offer a 15yr warranty on all parts, Hurom offer a 5 yr warranty in the UK. Nama need to have more faith in their products.
I agree it is misleading to state there's a 15 years warranty. If you give only one period for one warranty, then it is legally apt to interpret the 15 years applies to the total product. So this is deliberately misleading of Joe. And I agree. The parts that break are those exposed to all the hard work, which are the augur and screens.
