I've juiced since around 2005 and clean up has always been the issue, this Nama juicer looks like a bigger clean up job than other standard juicers.

I bought this juicer about six months ago and I had never juiced before using this one. I absolutely love it! I don't find it very tedious - and I juice several different juices in a row to prep for my week. So, I have to clean it after each one. It's really not that difficult once you get the hang of it.

@@SharonMahoney777 I watched a video on the Nama 2 juicer and the guy did a clean up live, wasn't to bad. But like you said it's a juicer that I would want to use only a couple of times a week versus my current daily routine.

Fam...it's literally the same component set up as a horizontal slow masticating juicer. Not that difficult to clean. Only thing that requires a little time and detailing is the silver lining triangle thing. Because you have to scrub (with that brush) between all the cracks and crevices.

We had a masticating juicer and a Aicook centrifugal juicer like this one th-cam.com/users/postUgkxXHNfxr6U9XrHQpsdjUrKNVP231BfS9q9 Both of them made about the same amount of juice. The Aikcook one died in 3 weeks haha. China brand. LolSo we bought this one since at least we knew the brand name and it was about the same price.Imagine our surprise when we make two 16 oz cups of celery juice and have leftover celery. We juiced it and made almost another cup! Same thing happened with our cucumber juice. So it's about 20 - 30 % more juice than our other two juicers including the masticating cold press one!The motor is so much stronger on this one than the Aikcook. It sucks in the vegetables and spits them out like it's angry.I've only had it a few days so don't know how long it will last but all the plastics and interior is much stronger and better made than the other two we had. If it breaks, I can buy a new one with the savings in vegetable bill. Haha. This literally is going to save me about 60- 80 bucks a month because of the juice output. No one likes to waste food.Update! It broke in 8 days. Motor started freaking out. I'm going to get another of them and try my luck because I really really want this one to be the one.

This was video was so helpful when I got my juicer. I've been using my Vitality 5800 for almost a year and really love it. I had a Mr. Juicer for several years and thought nothing could compare but this juicer does. It is quiet and produces a lot of juice. To juice soft produce like leaves, I just wrap it around a hard produce like a carrot and it juices fine. This is a great quality product!

I love everything about Nama except that its clear plastic parts - the Chamber, juice and pulp containers, are prone to Stains if not cleaned promptly.
Even though i clean it before i even finish my carrot juice, it stained part of my chamber near the juice outlet which is bit hard to reach with a sponge.
@Nama - Please can you replace the clear plastic parts with glass or like metals stainless steel or whatever that solves the stain problem!

    • @Ronnock

It juices just fine. However, the cleanup is not so quick. You really need to disassemble it and rinse the individual parts to remove food particles. It would be nice if it was just a two-part system, open, rinse, done.

READ BEFORE YOU BUY!! I had never been more disappointed with a brand than this one. I got mine several weeks ago, I tested it out the same day since I was so excited! The cleaning process is NOT quick and easy! There are many crevices where the pulp got stuck (after one juicing) and it took me a good amount of time to actually clean it! It is very quiet, which was a perk but the disposal comes out juicy and not dry. The same day I got it, was the day I reached out to customer service to return it. Almost every day I was reaching out to them because they didn’t get back to me until several weeks after!!! I had to pay a 50 dollar restocking fee. Seriously ridiculous. For a $550 dollar juicer, I should NOT be having any problems.

@@sandyweaver6686 it’s not dry but it’s not wet either. It’s in the middle? Idk how others are saying it’s a quick clean….I did celery and beet juice and there was build up in every crevice. Purchased this year (2023) - PSA - SAVE YOUR MONEY; DO NOT BUY THIS OVER PRICED PIECE OF TRASH...extremely disappointing. I've been juicing for over 45yrs to date; and have owned four different makes & models of juicers...so imagine my utter disappointment when I thought this was a state of the art system; the quite sound was the selling point for me...WRONG! the whole engineering design is flawed; and most importantly to me, is it does not yield any more juice than the current one in my home; as a matter of fact it yields the same or LESS juice using more produce! Not to mention the customer service is shitty; the return policy is as well - read the return policy on this device if you don't believe me...this juicer cost close to $450; if you try to return it, S/H is on you; it must be in the the original box or they won't accept it; restocking cast is damn near $300; you'll be like me and end up getting stuck with a bad purchase...don't do it.
