      Me too at 55 years...what he says isn't necessarily what people want to hear but it's so logical...I've been studying this subject pretty intensely for the last 10 years... I've watched many videos where the free will awareness units say they remember their previous lives... that they were born with pre birth memories and such.... maybe the lcs allows this awareness in some people or maybe they're are just manipulative people trying to sell books...I wish Mr Campbell's theory could be proven as fact...it would reduce entropy in the collective

    Great information as always. What I really appreciate and admire about Tom is that he always puts truth, facts and professionalism before ego...a truly authentic being. He is always open to the views of others, in fact so open to his interpretation being challenged that he welcomes it...why? because his priority is pure love and the need to help us all understand the reality we live in.

      Indeed, however it is interesting to see how Tom tries to encompass as much mainstream science as possible, while basically telling them all that they don't know what they are talking about, and their various theories are founded upon a sea of sand. He should have been a diplomate, however a War would still have taken place in the end.

    I have been searching for answers to existence and meaning ever since I was 13. While all my friends were climbing trees or chasing girls, I was reading about religions - Christianity, Buddhism etc. As I grew I became more interested in science and I got A grades in Chemistry and Physics. I came to some very similar conclusions to Tom. However, I always came to a brick wall. The more I listen to Tom the it "feels" right both in the heart and in the mind.
    He is the Einstein of our times and I am certain he will be remembered as such.

  • @peter2f6

    He's a great example of how we get stuck in our deeper inner story and can't feel or think of reality in different ways. To be human means to emotionally attach, modern neurobiology shows this to be the case. However, I still greatly value and agree with much of what Tom expresses here.

    • @wildnkarafree
      @wildnkarafree 5 ปีที่แล้ว

      yes, why is there such an emphasis on love and service to others, why are we imbued with emotions when the reality is that we are all just characters and it's over when the lights go out and the curtain comes down? Seems like a manipulation, to give so much energy into love for others if it's just a stage, and nothing is real.

      Joe could interview Tom, but...Joe does tend toward more of a 'dude,' 'man,' 'bro,' type audience. I'm not sure his audience would dig Tom's plain, direct, dry style.
      Also, Tom's material is a bit "hard" for the average person in Joe's audience. 'Hard' as in, not easily accessible to the average joe.

    An army major awakens in a small room with no idea of who he is or how he got there. He finds four other people in the same room, a ballerina, a clown, a tramp and a bagpiper. They all begin to question how they each arrived there, and more importantly, how to escape. An episode of the Twilight Zone which aptly mimics our reality. An additional metaphor would be 10 people in a life raft. One person has the only food and water. He conspires with the strongest to deny any supplies to the others who languish and die. What a great learning environment we've been placed into. I guess we should rethink the education system today. Punishment is obviously a far better motivator to learning, according to the LCS. And yet humanity is still failing. Maybe it should make life harder so we can truly become love, dispose of us worthless Avatars and horde all that valuable data. Something seems rather sadistic about the whole system. But what do I know. I'm just an army major in a small room with no idea who I am or how I got here.

      I can be the tramp, the bagpiper or a very lousy ballerina if you like... Not so keen on clowns, and certainly not seen the past events with them creepy types appearing "out of the blue" and act very weird if I can believe my fellow avatars... Might ask uncle George though. Seems to be an easier shortcut to acces the system, not? Or are there any "virusses" or e.g. malware that can affect our avatars? How can we be sure it's the true data of uncle George being used if I should invoke him and not some piece of "naughty" software (demon or alike?) that copied uncle George files and is using them to mislead us?

      Pierre Larochelle - well said. But where can we begin to make the change ? Something needs to radically change for us to begin thinking this way. Do we have the freewill to turn all this around and behave in low entropy fashion ? Is education in school the answer to where we can begin ?

      Your avatar is going to be in the filing cabinet. Your free will awareness unit keeps moving on, becoming another avatars and learning.

    • @tryga3138
      @tryga3138 6 ปีที่แล้ว +8

      Your FWAU is just that. A unit sectioned off of the IUOC that does contain nothing but the being level quality. When we live this life here most of us become attached to this character that we're playing. But that's not the real you. You're not Joe Turner, but something much greater than that.
      What will get stuffed in the filing cabinet is the character "Joe Turner", but you, you as consciousness, you as a being, go on. You're practically immortal and one life is but a little dream compared to the time most of us have existed.
      I used to really struggle with the notion that the character that I'm playing does not go on. But I don't define myself that way anymore. I've come to realize how much more I am. And so are you. Joe Turner is but a little speck of the being you actually are. Just one little dream in thousands of dreams.
      What really helped me was changing my perspective. When I dream and maybe am someone different or meet new people or have a wife in my dream. The moment I wake up the dream slowly fades away until it's gone. I don't mourn the character that I "left behind". Dying is not much different. You have potentially lived thousands upon thousands of times and all those lives and experiences make up the real you.
      Edit:
      I'm not sure how familiar you are with his model
      FWAU = Free Will Awareness Unit
      IUOC = Individuated Unit Of Consciousness (often referred to as Oversoul or Higher Self)

    • @joeturner1597
      @joeturner1597 6 ปีที่แล้ว +4

      Yeah, I know all that. But I think the IUOC is just a Flash Drive that gets down loaded to feed the GC. Like a fishing hook. Hoiked out then plopped back in the water. We are food for thought. Soylent Green.
      I suspect we are fractals of the GC which is likely the E8 Crystal of Quantum Gravity Research. The EBE's on Serpo call it the ENTITY. Which means we are not really individuals. More like clones.
      I remember many if not most of my dreams. In the same way I can't remember everything I was taught at school but I can remember important bits. So much so that I often have to do a reality check. Sometimes I think I am living parallel lives and I have to make sure that my memory in a conversation is relevant to it. It gets confusing for people when I refer to something that I remember, forgetting momentarily that they have no frame of reference. Well, my kids anyway.
      Perhaps I'm just crazy. My kids think I am.
      P.s. I think I first started going crazy when I read Illusions, The Adventures of a Reluctant Messiah.
      P.p.s. And I don't like horror films. Or sad ones. But I seem to have landed up in one.

    • @joeturner1597
      @joeturner1597 6 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      I randomly opened Illusions and there was the lesson for today.
      'The world is your exercise-book, the pages on which you do your sums.
      It is not reality,
      although you can express reality there if you wish.
      You are also free to write nonsense, or lies, or to tear the pages.

    Tom. What is your view of the work of Michael Newton? Could the detail in' journey of souls' for example be a metaphor for the avatar rejoining the IUC, possibly? Also, could the Data for 'uncle Fred' just be stored with other data in the stand alone IUC rather than just a large database? Thanks for your work.

    • @twcjr44
      @twcjr44  6 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      Three questions:
      1) Relatively accurate from the perspective of an average IUOC
      2) Yes
      3) Yes, metaphorically it is possible that the database is distributed across the IUOCs instead of being centrally located -- it simply depends on which database architecture is the most efficient.

    This is similar to my theory of what happens when we die. My theory is that the life energy leaves the body and gets recycled. The mental universe learns what it can from that life energy and recycles it. It's kind of like a reincarnation but not really. Of course we'll probably never know but if life and conciousness does go on, this is what makes the most sense to me. And it's fun to think about.

    • @projectmalus
      @projectmalus 6 ปีที่แล้ว

      What is the point of the mental universe learning? Does it evolve somehow?

  • @santosg4606

    Our present reality is a choice that we make in the dream that we create.

  • @Mulberrysmile
    @Mulberrysmile 6 ปีที่แล้ว +6

    Problem with your theory...avatars experience pain and fear and the derivative negative emotions. Those emotions do not translate up the line, except as almost statistical data. Yes, my heart was broken by lovers five times, I broke four bones, my step father did 57 tortures, but the feelings we feel as isolated, lonely, afraid, memory wiped consciousnesses is lost. The higher self learns nothing because it never has to live those experiences, and therein lies the trap: it has no reason to not come back, to not experience being tortured or torturer, to try to fix instead of destroy, to be a balanced individual. If you ask the free will units if they want to live again while they are here, I would guess a large proportion would say, “no, not without changing a lot of the experiences”. But no one asks us now, they wait until we are there and we cannot feel. I don’t think this is on purpose because the higher self cannot feel and understand, yet it is the soul trap that humanity cannot escape. How many ascended masters are there? A minuscule fraction of the total population have learned the trick of escaping this hellish cycle.
    This is not a game for those of us living it as consciousness. It is an insult to every starving child, grieving parent, emotionally or physically suffering soul, depressed or suicidal individual to dismiss our experiences as a game, even if it is an actual virtual experience.
    If you are ready to break free you have to learn to remember to say “NO, I am not going back, we are finished because you have learned nothing.”

    • @midplanewanderer9507
      @midplanewanderer9507 6 ปีที่แล้ว +4

      That, of course, assuming a "Higher Self" exists. May well be, and it occurs to me perhaps, in a weird way, we're not unlike "Q of the Continuum," (from Star Trek); an Entity-Collective so bored with the unrelenting bliss of it all (as immortal beings) in those higher mental levels of Viciously Eternal Know-It-All Existence, we willingly and even gladly bifurcate aspects of Ourselves, down-the-line, percolating through a fractal manifold of wildly dissonant realities, just for the "hell" of it. Perhaps even accruing something of "value" from it all. But that's just mere speculation on my part. If the previous "Q" suspicion has any merit, I'm home-free. Because
      I'm just not cool anymore, with any of it. I'm fucking boring, recalcitrant dead-wood. I don't like video games where the pain is real and wants to spread itself around. If I have my senses about me upon "discorporealization" (not a real word), I'm gonna try to jet outside the galaxy as fast as possible and avoid any contact with any helpful guides until my memories reconstitute. This (individual and collective) existential psycho-spiritual schizophrenia as humans is loathsome.
      (Sorry for bothering ya, Ronnie. You don't have to reply. Big mean hornet buzzing around in my little blue bonnet these days! Dunno what the fuck's wrong with me! But you write cogent and wise, like you might know something. I'm open to a better perspective, new experience as long as I don't have to mentally and emotionally twist myself into a box to comprehend it. I leave you be now....)

    • @Mulberrysmile
      @Mulberrysmile 6 ปีที่แล้ว +3

      midplanewanderer
      I like your thoughts and very much enjoyed reading them, so thank you for sharing them 🙏
      I think clues are dropped into culture and I find your Q perspective interesting. I think we, as consciousness, have the yearning to create and explore and stretch possibilities, like cosmic artists, maybe. There is not malice that I sense...I just see unintended consequences and an inability to fully comprehend them out in Q-ville.
      If I may suggest, there is a channel I really like that you might enjoy, assuming you haven’t already found it...Unbiased & on the Fence. On Friday night there is a call in or you can just lurk and get a read on it. The host, Shane, is very chill and he has a lot of videos to go back and look at. His regular audience are very loving people and the atmosphere they all create is very warm. They are fairly diverse in their beliefs without fighting about it, which is nice, too. It’s a great space to explore ideas.
      For me, it is not about just what I know...I have had a few experiences that don’t fit this model of life built by both science and religion, so I cast about looking for more bits that resonate. More than anything it comes down to that...how an idea or information makes me feel. Plato wrote that the purpose of education was to enable people to seek and recognize universal truth...that the truth rings like a bell.
      The bell is inside and the tone is a feeling.
      The video talks by Dolores Canon rang the bell more than anyone else, for me, and some of the things she said matched things I “know”. Quantum theory puzzles and facts ring it, too.
      Weird things are like key puzzle pieces...I know they fit in and other bits click into them, but figuring out where they go is not clear. I just set them aside and keep looking for pieces, check back on them every so often.
      I got a sense that I am maybe a troubleshooter set into the works to figure out why it isn’t working as it should. It’s actually something I’m good at in life because I tend to hang back and observe and analyze.
      I don’t know what is outside of here, but I do know it is blissful and there is consciousness. I know I have always wanted to go back. I also know I did not want to come here at all. I did not agree to and because of that I have no “soul contract”...I’m a free agent, lol. The implications of that are not clear, though, so I just keep seeking the missing pieces.
      The hornet in your bonnet is important...I’m glad you are not ignoring it ✨💖✨

    • @midplanewanderer9507
      @midplanewanderer9507 6 ปีที่แล้ว +3

      Thank you for your kind reply. I too, having long-ago extracted myself from my fundamentalist christian upbringing (Jehovah's Witness, a perfect religion if you want your thinking done for you) at around 14 years of age began an active investigation (felt "guided") into the lunatic fringe/New Age belief constructs. Over time a new realization dawned upon me on the inherent dangers of some of these belief structures and the need for extreme discernment. Just because something "feels" true doesn't make it so. And the human brain is nothing, if not a confabulation machine.
      The last 20 years my main areas of interest were NDE's and the UFO phenomena, buttressed against a deep interest in science (I've almost 200 pounds of Scientific American, American Scientist, New Scientist, and a few fluff "Science-Lite"mags like Discover around the house. And I'm still an idiot).
      I actually have never really checked out Delores Canon until your suggestion, noting that she basically espouces the same basic New Age narrative I've been long-familiar with: that this is just a "learning game." There are many variants on this narrative, but stripped to their essentials is the over-ridding assumption of "The Good."
      The concept of "The Good," first truly articulated in ancient Greece, is a very powerful yet amorphous faith that I believe the majority of Humans have held and still hold today, if only at a near unconscious level. Perhaps even Physicalist-Atheists to some degree, but stripped of it's "supernatural" connotations, reduced to a mundanity.
      Now of course there's the advaita non-dual "there-is-no-good-or-bad" idea wrapped into all that as well, but I'm forced to section that as _potentially_ valid only in a non-physical context, if (or when) one exists on that non-corporeal bliss-plane, free of concern. But when you're wading nipples-deep through a poisonous swamp full of alligators, calm equanimity is a distant dream.
      I've isolated the source of my negative emotional voltage as of late, realized after having consumed the goofy Roswell Alien Interview video with that "Airl" entity. While I'm forced to intellectually reject it as obviously fraudulent for several reasons, I'm shocked at how quickly it wormed-its-way into my Limbic system. The prison-planet notion, and the suspicion that the so-called "After-life" isn't what it appears to be, but in fact may be another form of control, has a very strong, unpleasant resonance for me. It's been festering for quite a while now.
      So like a sentient computer hologram, I've got a logic/programming conflict, that could potentially crash my system, so to speak. It will resolve, only from within, or it will not. There's nothing else anyone can do. It's rather creepy.
      If "The Good" actually exists as an (?objective/subjective?) Platonic Reality, It better assert Itself fast into my consciousness, or this life will have been for nought.
      Sorry for the long wordy post. No obligation to reply, I leave you be now. (I consciously, out of respect, this time managed to avoid littering my scroll of woe with "sentence qualifiers," as it appears vulgar language is not apart of your vocabulary). Peace/Out

The point he makes often about Love being what this is all about, or learning how to be more loving, caring and kind is what made me hooked on his talks. Especially because recently I had learned to see and speak to spirit as a medium (which I don't much anymore due to the fact that I wasn't much interested in the physical world anymore) I could relate what I had experienced to what he was saying and everything he says makes so much sense to me.

Is it accurate to say that our Individuated Units of Consciousness might also be referred to as our higher selves, or our souls/spirits? 2. Where is our IUC actually located -- in one of the astral planes? 3. Does our IUC control and make choices for our avatar, like a player with a joystick in a video game, or do our avatars control themselves, and make their own choices. Thanks for the clarifications!

    Combine what Tom Campbell says with Dr David Hawkin's research (map of consciousness etc) and you have a really good map and compass for your life. Never forget, though, the map is not the territory. If you have issues with reincarnation get into Past Life Regression; this should sort it out, provided your level of consciousness allows you to see and acknowledge this.

But in Tom's model (obviously that's all I have to go by and I can't verify if it's right but for arguments sake let's say it is) your IUOC will only retain the quality (entropy level) of your current FWAU. All your wants fears and needs i.e that part of you telling me you dont want a factory job, is getting wiped . It wont survive death. Other than for a breif review - maybe. Outdide of this reality is a kin to a databse. It's only concern is creating FWAUs and projecting them into environments that offer the best potential for grown. If that means putting you in a concentration camp in your next incarnation and allowing you to emmenate love and be a beacon of hope and inspirstion for others then that's what it 'might' do and that is going to be good for you and the system. Obvisoluy to you, Seth, that sucks... but unfortunilty you (and me) aren't real.

    • @SethHarrisGordon
      @SethHarrisGordon 6 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      DrFootFaceHandManFace totally the name of the game, the environments we are in or end up on we don’t know the difference anyway, so whatever it is, it’s suitable for us. But it can only get better for those who are or have been lowering and lowering entropy, I feel it in my core it’s been a long time coming and I’ve definitely trialed and errored so much before and during this life. For those who haven’t, eventually they will, they can take all the time they need, once an entity or a way of thinking isn’t suitable any longer for evolution it will disappear/die off anyway. I love Tom’s model, he’s mentioned before how people hold on to traits or hidden knowledge from before which is just their conscious or data experience, but he still uses these varying incarnation examples to basically explain how the ego is what creates all our fears, from job status, to looks, heritage, and so on. Gotta make the ego our friend!

    We come from potentiality into the realm of time and space, time is invisible while space is its visible side , this causes a seaming split of our reality and of how things come to be in our perception of them , we can now come to understand that one works itself backwards while the other works itself forward but both from the same starting point , the starting point is the eternal now of pure potential or what we call the present moment , the paradox of this eternal now is that it works both ways simultaneously , one runs backwardly and builds reality from the future towards the past and the other runs forwardly and builds reality from the past towards the future, but in truth it all gets created simultaneously from the eternal presence of potentiality therefore from there comes the visible forward creation of reality or the one we perceive and seams normal to us and simultaneously the invisible backwards creation of that same reality this is the one we don't perceive and therefore it is illogical and backwards to us. Can you step out of space and realize the creation of space itself and the non-dimentinality of it , and can you step out of time and realize the creation of time itself and the non-sequentiality of it , can you understand that from potentiality which is nothing and everything simultaneously , the whole dimensional space with its sequential time came force . Time and space is used for storing and accessing data , potentiality re-formats itself into it and rolls it out as time and space to you the perceiver of it , you came from it and don't realize that you have not change and still are that same potentiality , you are free to be what ever reality you disturb yourself into being , keep on dreaming , thats what its all about.

    What about the notion of group souls? Wouldn't that get past the difficulty of relating with thousands of dead relatives after death? If we all incarnate together but in different roles then we will recognise each other as essence and will be thus (presumably) able to appear to each other in the guise of any of those previous role entities if we so choose, but most likely remain most immediately recognisable as our last role entity. Then, when the entire team arrives home we all brainstorm the next incarnation together and decide upon our new relationship roles . . . . . or something. A bit like the Famous Five adventures. :)

Why does such suffering have to be the route to growing and learning? This also doesn't seem the same as what I understand as reincarnation. Each time we come back, what ever we are...the greater consciousness, the character/personality we play is simply that, a Character. The Character is not real, So what is real? What really is real? What really is it that is "Growing Up" I guess I missed this. What's the sense in loving others when they aren't real? What's the sense in being compassionate, empathetic, helpful to, giving to, unconditional and non judgemental to an Avatar that is not real. IF we are really supposed to grow up and make better the mistakes, then why aren't we working with those who we made the mistakes with in the first place.

    I had to google Paul Revere: "Paul Revere (/rɪˈvɪər/; December 21, 1734 O.S. (January 1, 1735 N.S.) - May 10, 1818[N 1]) was an American silversmith, engraver, early industrialist, and Patriot in the American Revolution. He is best known for his midnight ride to alert the colonial militia in April 1775 to the approach of British forces before the battles of Lexington and Concord. --- Tom just made Paul Revere up, because it was long long time, since he did this, but apparently he was really there. And now I hear Toms voice: "Do not believe me, do it yourself and grow up" :)

    Always exceptions to the rules, as the game shows us. I'm looking for those.

    time isn't the same on the other side. there's no point in trying to speculate what it's like on the other side. its something there are no human words to describe it. That's a quote from many many many different near death experiences say. They also say they immediately know that they are home..but there's no point in clutching at straws .
