The Regera's acceleration is a bit limited (yes) because unlike other cars it can't allow some wheelspin in lower gears (all cars with gears have learnt how to wheelspin to get a better launch) . Because If it did it would wheelspin till 160 mph and create real full sized clouds and fog. 😂🤣

it can wheelspin if they want it to, there are a couple videos of regeras doing small burnouts
The regera has the fastest 0-300-0 of any car in the world it can accelerate just fine
@@ciaranwatson It does that with no wheelslip. Even on cold old tarmac the 0-60 of a good launch is comparable to a LaFerrari. But it never seems to stop accelerating. The 0-240 is just a straight line of constant pull. The 300-400 is simply ridiculous. The car just blasts pasts 400 at which point the engine is rev limited. Even the Chiron SS uses some wheelslip to get that 2.3 0-60. The Regera can actually go faster.
@@srinitaaigaura I'd actually contradict you there a bit - the size of that cloud that the Regera generated was absolutely huge because of the 1:1 gear, much bigger than the Jesko (despite the fact that the latter was right up in the upper RPMs at the time). I don't think it's an issue of wheelspin, it's just that other cars can use the huge acceleration advantage of having a first and second gear rather than one big 6th gear.
I dont know why but I love Regera more, but Gemera - the best piece of technology and beauty Koenigsegg have built

The Triple F Collection are building a drag strip to drag their hypercars. They have a Chiron Super Sport on order and I believe they’ve ordered a Jesko too. So you never know...
The jesko will dog the chiron in a roll race but the attack will fall short in top end the absolut should get the job done its lighter more aerodynamic and makes more power

Still the single gear system doesn't allow for the quickest acceleration among hyper cars.
Seeing as its the quickest car on the planet to 300kmh and 400kmh it definitely allows for the quickest acceleration

There's a few vids of regeras doing donuts and at that point who cares the car goes from 0-186mph in 11 seconds 😂 and 0-250mph in 23 seconds
