Eric man we love you dude! You are HUGE and you train like a beast, and you have a sense of humor. Thank you for the honest and real experiences as you share with us. Excited to see you shredded and pealed on stage! Here is to a winning season man!
He is also far far from stage ready.. 6 weeks out and eating 3500? well.. hes going for the full look i guess because dude is no way 6 weeks out. the amount of fat he has on his back and legs is insane for 6 weeks out.
@@marc23009 not really man his back is fine it’s just like he said it’s harder for him to get that last fat of his glute area, he will prob lose 10-12 more pounds so he will be set
great video man! I have roughly same macros so will definitely be trying some of these meals out always nice to switch it up they looked amazing especially the sourdough pre meal
you should heat the pan BEFORE adding oil, especially if you're using a regular pan. If you heat the pan BEFORE, then add the oil and wait for the oil to heat up you wouldn't need to use a non-stick pan. Judging by the fridge and the quartz countertops, you should be able to invest in All-Clad cookware. I recommend their Copper Core line, but the D3 series is also a great choice.
@@kane6529 hoping so! maybe not quite that high for whenever I would have to bulk, but I'd say I could very comfortably cut between 2600-2800 and bulk 3000+. Currently trying to get shredded for the first time ever by October then back to muscle gains💪🏼
The bigger you are the more you will have to eat so can't answer your generic question. Also if you have a lot of wealth you could be eating filet mignon multiple times a week
it really depends on how much you are willing to spend on it Bron drops million a year on food, but he is also eating salmon and thing like that almost daily, which although healthy isnt really neccessary, but when you have the mones you CAN do it. so it all depends on how much you can and want to spend on that
@@ericjanickifitness thanks my man. That is a very reasonable amount of protein for someone your size. I think that some of the protein numbers people spit out are nonsensical. I'm not on gear but have been lifting for 40 years...very hard. 5'10" and 255. I can do around 200 grams of protein and still be incredibly strong...maybe I'd bump it up if I cut my carbs for a show or something. But I think a lot of the 'influencers' overestimate our protein requirements. We need more than the RDA but not as much as let's say Milos suggests.
@@ericjanickifitness bro you look great I’m just saying at 7% you’d be seeing a lot more vascularity with striations starting to appear. I think you are way off that especially back legs and mid section

Really interesting. Would have loved to see a summary of the values at the end.

3 stages of Janicki videos, training, prankster, behind the scenes. Love all 3 brother. Keep on keeping on

Avocado oil is better for high heat. Not sure the calories comparison with olive oil.
I prep my oats the same way, great video as usual!
❤ video thanks for being honest and upfront cool about PEDS that was helpful
Excellent content once again.🙏
Best athlete, best trainer! ❤
Look up sublingual administration for that oral. Neither condoning nor condemning but bypassing first pass metabolism can mitigate hepato effects.
love this !!!

If I could cut on 3500 calories, I'd be shredded year round. Currently cutting on 2000 :')
You can, gain about 50 pounds of muscle

how do you not have muscle cramps on 80mcg of clen??
coz for me @ 40mcg even my cheeks gets a little cramp.

Hey plsss answer this. U mentioned all ur supps n peds, peptides etc. How do you keep ur skin so clear? Isotretinoin or topical treatments?
How many calories did you eat on your peak offseason?
6600
Eating 3500 KCal would be challenging for me too.

what are the total macros for the day?
450 c, 260 p, 60 f

What’s his steroid stack ?
Never seen so many supplements
Was this your high carb day?

no way are you 7% BF bro
I’m 265 lbs so 7% would be about 20 lbs of body fat. Realize it’s a ratio. 7% on a 180 lb guy will look much leaner (13 lbs)

Eric, 3500 is insane for a cut! So even with this much calories you make an everyday deficit of 500 calories?
His metabolism, his pretty high muscle mass and the amount of cardio he does will all go into that. Im sure he knows what he is doing.
respectfully, I think he's a bit behind on the prep
Yeah i was thinking the same thing. Love the dude but he has a LOT of digging to do to get show-peeled imo
