Just getting into the industry (added service to my lawn care company) and I think I’m already finding it might be more efficient to batch mix small batches job by job for surfaces rather than running the mix through the soft wash system and then having to deal with priming the line and then flushing it out after. Instant application from the batch via down stream or sprayer then either leaving it or rinsing with your softwash system. I have the super mini skid from SESW which is awesome.
Hi Mike how much pool chlorine amount in 1 gallon of water after I pressure wash.? I already pressure washed and just want to spray the concrete and leave it.
@@AllAboutPressureWashing should be 10 percent regular pool chlorine in yellow 2 gallon jug I believe. I already tried it at 2 percent in gallon sprayer still left a couple of lines. I’m gonna use 1 part sh and 2 part water and call it a day.
Why didn't you pour out the 1.5, 3, and 5 percent like you did with 10. Not only is the 10% going to do better due to strength but it would also do better because of how much you used
@AllAboutPressureWashing huh! For a true comparison you should have applied all the same way and same amount. But obviously you didnt because the 10 % had the most applied.
Pressure washers don’t run bleach through the engine pumps. Don’t have bleach that go through them. Your Honda pressure washer has a chemical injector on it. The chemical injector is after the pump and after the engine.
Is it true that all surroundings plants / grass etc should be sprayed with water prior to any bleaching work to help protect them against any effects of the SH & other cleaning products. Great informative video..... Neil .... south coast uk

So first wash the concrete with a surface cleaner let it dry. Then use sh at whatever % you decide to use. Let that soak for 10mins. Then use pressure washer to clean. Then hit it with sh again and let it dry. Is that ok?
@@AllAboutPressureWashing I was hoping that you would say how much bleach to add to how much water to make those ratios instead of just showing the bottles with the ratios marked on them with black sharpie.
@@Jimmy_Cavallo Mix calculator is free on QuoteIQ. Or just do basic math. If you have 10% SH and want 5%. 10 / 5 = 2. So 1 part SH, 1 part water. If you want 3% then you'd go 1 part SH, 2 parts water (3.33% roughly but you can't perfectly divide 10 by 3). This video isn't a math class.

Depends on the SH percentage in the chlorine you bought

How can i do those mixtures using an xjet?
My Honda engine strongly recommends NOT using bleach. How can I apply bleach to prewash without doing the whole driveway by hand?

Mike, does this remove nasty water stains (caused by stagnant wayer on concrete)? Thanks.

does the bleach kill the grass?
It can if you don't know what you're doing
It doesn’t leave bleach spots, though when it dries
Use a pump sprayer to spread it evenly

Hot water doesn't kill organics

At a 3% mix, how much SH is used on a typical 2 story home
