He specialises in assisting Private Business Owners structure for growth and succession. Paul is a founding partner of Kelly+Partners Norwest, Managing Director of Kelly Partners Sydney and Board Member of Kelly Partners Group Holdings. Paul is married to Jenny and together they have 2 children, Brodie and Tatum. Paul enjoys surfing, training and cooking anything on a wood fire grill.
