Well hopefully you will answer my question. I've just started rowing and we are on the boats for just about 4 hours and my ass, lower back and hamstring started to get in alot of pain after about 2 hours. I'm just wondering whether you got any tips for me or workouts to prevent it because it is very painful.

u should be getting intervals??? thts harsh 4 straight hours . if u do get intervals try to stretch and stand up in the boat tht usuually helps me
