Woodturning: A Crush Grind Pepper Mill. Yes, I ate it at the end. ASMR Warning! (shop sounds)

Hi there fans of woodturning. Its once again time for another exciting episode of Scott's Mini Woodshop. In this video, seemingly by magic, I create a pepper mill with a crush grind mechanism out of thin air. and by thin air I mean some walnut, maple, glue, crush grind mech, and a bunch of tools.
I dug this video up out of the archives. Sort of like Davy Jones' Locker. Ok, it's really just a folder on my hard drive full of old videos from the time of the dinosaurs. Either that or its just full of videos from the time before I had proper cameras and audio equipment. Yes, this video was shot on my old Samsung s-10 phone . My motivation for making this pepper mill was because I was hungry. Yep, I was starving actually and I wanted a sandwich. Not just any sandwich mind you but I was really jonesing for a nice egg salad sandwich. I know what you're thinking... 'But Scott, what good is an egg salad sandwich with out fresh ground pepper?' Thats's exactly what I was thinking!! Of course I have other pepper grinders, but to have really fresh ground pepper you need a really fresh pepper grinder.
Ok, enough foolishness. If you're still reading this, the Crush Grind mech is pretty cool. Its ceramic and is advertised as being able to crush grind many different spices including salt. So perhaps you want to check out the mech for your next spice grinder project
If any of you are wondering about my t-shirt, I used to belong to a surf fishing association and once a year we sponsored a fishing tournament for kids only. some of the parents were a bit overly competitive. I'm sure you can imagine
