    Does removing the chain guard do anything ?

    • @sportbiketrackgear
      @sportbiketrackgear  ปีที่แล้ว

      You will see a ton of bikes that are being ridden without a chain guard in place. End of the day the bike looks better without the guard in place. - Van

    Anyone else notice that it's no where near straight? And that it's gapped in the front? The Look from 50 FT away is good, The look from 5 feet away Not so much.

      Kody Tuggle I agree with you. I hope you can manipulate it a bit to align. Looks bad as shown here.

    • @sportbiketrackgear
      @sportbiketrackgear  9 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      ZeebNinja That's the way it is molded, there are really no adjustments for fit. You could perhaps change the size of the spacer at the front to close the gap a bit but that would be it. I myself like the look of the painted hugger and the undertail on the bike. - Van

      Sportbike Track Gear I like that hugger too. I just think it would look much better if it was symmetrical. I really appreciate all your videos, both for function and instruction.

      ZeebNinja No worries at all. One advantage to these videos is it gives the rider a chance to really see the part before the purchase is made. Thanks for watching! - Van

      Sportbike Track Gear You're right, Your channel is One of the best motorcycle based Channels, Get to see parts before buying and You can find problems like the whole fitment issue, It does look great, But OCD I couldn't handle the non straight part. Same reason I can't get a S1000RR Those headlights just kill it for me.. Anyways, Thanks for the videos and have a great day sir.

    I tried to remove the center bolt from the top of the original hugger and it completely rounded out!
    Can't think of a way of getting it out as there is so little room above the bolt for any tools to be used. Any ideas?
