Why you can not go out in the home port? What was your home port? What nationalities can not go out in the home port?
First contract people r not allowed to go out in US due to some US immigration policy but not all only some nationalities …and from 2nd contact u can go out everywhere

U can get off from ship on every port but if there’s no duty

Yeah… they pay not only first time company pay everytime 2 ways tickets coming time and going home as well.
