Unfortunately, the video does not answer the basic question: WHY do women play hard to get. What's the point and how do they benefit from it? Are they just boosting their ego? Do they prefer to live and die alone?
On a more practical note, when a woman plays hard to get, it's mostly because she is in a relationship with someone else and she just likes the extra dose of attention she gets from you. Of course she is not going to tell you she is not available, that would ruin the game she is playing with you for her entertainment.
I've been dating one such hard-to-get lady for the past 11 years. She told me she was not available after 7 years of me dating her 1-2 times a week when she broke up with the other guy and needed emotional help. Nonetheless, she would still play hard-to-get even though she was single for a couple of years before finding another guy (and of course, without telling me until their break-up). She is single again and playing hard-to-get with me for the 12th year in a row. I'm never going to understand women...
So glad my wife never played these games when we were dating. Otherwise, I'd be on my way out to something more interesting

Anna, can you help me? I'm 39 going into 40 soon and 4 months ago I met at the grocery store a much older woman in or around her mid to late 50's. She initiated contact first with eye contact and a smile which I returned back at her. It got me off guard and I froze to say anything and kept walking down the isle. We ran into each other again down the next isle and we both made eye contact and smiled simultaneously which gave me the assurance she was open to conversation but again I froze and kept walking. As you may suspect, we crossed paths a third time and this time again she made eye contact with a smile as she approached me and I finally opened my mouth and we had a 3 to 4 minute conversation. I told her I wanted to see her again and asked for her number in which she became hesitant to give me and instead told me where she lived. Mind you, she described me four times where she lived which left me confused as in if she was inviting me over to meet her instead. Well, 4 months passed and one day visiting relatives it happens she lives literally behind them so I went over to visit her briefly and reestablish contact. She seemed very confused at first seeming not to remember me and told me she wasn't well because her mother had just passed. I figured I caught her at a wrong time and gave her my condolences and just mentioned that she lives in a nice house which I said out of awkwardness for the situation. She had her arms crossed and didn't hold strong eye contact. Looking closed off and her conversation and enthusiasm dry I knew I had to end my visit quick. I told her feeling like I pittied myself for saying that I hope I would see her again which she answered, mhmm who knows. I wished her the best and proceeded out. Do you see any sign that she is trying to create attraction by seeming indifferent, uncertain or busy and seeing how I react?

Hello, I need some clarity about this girl ive been talking to. She's definitely hard to get but I dont know if she really likes me. I'll start from the beginning, ive known this girl right throughout uni we met on our course we also graduated together. Ive been texting her for a while at this point, but here's the thing. I text her quite a bit at least once a day or sometimes once a week, and often she wont reply. A month will go by and im thinking ive annoyed her with all my texting. But then suddenly, she's back, and she sends me this sweet text telling me that she's busy for the next few weeks but wants to get together for a coffee in the new year.
