I have lived here since the late 80s. Fantastic community for families with parks and amenities. Large and small homes close to schools and transportation. Hockey rinks, tennis courts, exercise classes, lessons, lakes, etc. My homes were large. Now, a lovely, 1100 sq ft ish, good-sized condo for retirement. Value 650k. Love it.
