  • Adriana Lima is a very successful entrepreneur and supermodel and prior spokesmodel for Victorias Secret. Adriana Lima's networth is 95 million and this comes from her modeling since she was 15 years old. In this video we will discuss and possible plastic surgery or cosmetic procedures she has done; this is my opinion only.

    Regarding her breast implants; I have seen the actual video footage on the runway; she’s done many (basically) topless walks. I have also seen nudes of her (all legit and searchable) she has implants.

    Youth is such a curse - you only experience it once and after that you get compared to that short phase for the rest of your life and you try to chase a point in time that is gone forever. Although everybody experiences this and it is inevitable to all of us, we feel guilt and shame when we can't hold up to our youthful body. It's really insane when you think about it.

      I feel really stressed out by time "running out" on my youth because as you say it's so short. I'm almost 30 and I feel like I haven't done any of the "fun, exciting" things you're "supposed" to do in your 20s you're supposed to figure things out in life and be adventurous etc. I still totally feel like a kid and now society is telling me I'm almost past my sexual and "beuty" prime?😂 I'm stressing the F out

      @@LouiseHultcrantz I’m sorry you feel this way. I struggle as well.
      I realise I may need to continually reapply strategies to help throughout my life, because unlike other problems, this is only “worsening” (I am only getting older) and I am a teacher and can get triggered by 18 y olds. I try to be grateful for winning the lottery of being born, and for the other blessings and joys in my life. I try to tell myself it is unfair on myself to feel negatively, as there is nothing I can do and I am still early on in my life! This is such a doomed problem, and it’s not fair on us to let it hurt us.
      I try to appreciate my beauty, and see it in other women my age and older.
      After the painful awakening of the boring existence I had led for a few years, doing fun, memorable things really helped. I hope you can shape your life into something you wouldn’t want to change, where you feel so grateful/lucky things turned out in that way, that you don’t want to return to the past.

    • @Sydebern
      @Sydebern 5 หลายเดือนก่อน

      @@LouiseHultcrantz As a man i would like to tell you:
      That mindset is extremely unattractive to quality men. You are already almost 30, which would not necessarily be a deal breaker, but if you bought the lie of FOMO: fear of missing out on fun and excitement, no real quality man wants to deal with that. Because that means you secretly still want that, even when you get a man (that probably doesn't bring you all the excitement you want). A quality man can see right through that.
      Every year from now, it will get harder and harder to get a quality man because men with options can get younger women with better mindsets, while you get less attractive each time you chase fun and excitement and let the years pass. Also: your fertility goes down each year, which is hugely important to most men.
      Just saying. Hoping you don't come back here in ten years to read this after ten years of partying it up with men who don't care about you. As a man i know: when a woman is willing to be easy with you, it's hard for a man to resist. Especially for lower quality men who are controlled by their sexual drives.
      You might see this as judgemental, i'm just saying that you still have (little) time left and you've been lied to. Excitement is nice but it's hollow. What you want is fulfilment but that option will be gone in a short time and then you have to still live 30, 40, 50 years with the knowledge that you chose wrong.
      Don't stress. Just think clearly and see what truly fulfils. Spoiler: it's not excitement. Excitement comes and goes and leaves you with nothing. Also don't stress because there are many good men who would want to give you that life. It's just your fixation on FOMO that quite possibly will ruin that chance for you.

    I recently saw a video of her surfacing around on Instagram. One of the things that struck a nerve with me the most was a comment, “why didn’t she get her teeth fixed”. Because for me, her teeth are what make her even more youthful and cute and give her a lot more character rather than the perfect celebrity veneer look we are so used to seeing. Unique characteristics of people are picked apart so everyone is just starting to look the same.

    What makes me really, really sad is that as a society, we have a culture where even women who are naturally beautiful, have a great body feel compelled to have surgery. I watched a video of a young lady, probably mid to early 20s, had not just a BBL but face work. She is thin and fit and just beautiful. She said she works out regularly. I mean, I would kill to have her body but she felt it just wasn't "good" enough. When already beautiful girls don't feel like they're "good" enough it just makes me sad

      My daughter works as a model. She knows she would get more work if she had jaw surgery because her chin isn't as defined as clients want. She knows many young women who started to get more and more work as they agreed to have more and more surgery. One of her acquaintances looks so strange to me with puffed up lips and hollowed-out cheeks, but this look has led to tons of work. Basically any model who is working a lot now has a lot of surgery. Naomi was told by a fashion designer that he’d fire her if she got her breasts done cuz he didn’t like how fake boob jobs looked.
      Then from a public perspective, it makes the models seem less other worldly which is part of their appeal to the public because they appear to have unattainable beauty (which they do), so when the public finds out that a model got plastic surgery it makes them seem less “special”, and takes away their appeal.

    Honestly Celebrities should just be honest with the procedures they have done, This thing about getting filler and pretending is just "aging" or being tired is jut so typical, hopefully there is a day when beauty enhancement isn't seen as 'less' and everyone is just honest about their real looks

  • @westworlds
    @westworlds 5 หลายเดือนก่อน +32

    She's STILL such a beauty but this is why PS scares me. It's never enough and you quickly lose all objectivity. You "fix" one thing and leave with a whole nother set of problems. People are treating their bodies like iPhone updates and not serious medical procedures with various possible outcomes or complications. Not anti PS but this is getting insane.

      Ive been trying to spread this message online that everyone’s body is so different there is no way to say what the “correct” weight is. Like for some ppl size 8 would look underweight like you said and for others its normal! So many things go into consideration like body composition, genetics, body frame, etc.
      But it’s WAY more profitable to try to make everyone fit into one standard & if they dont, male them feel horrible while they spend lots of money/time trying to 😢. Ugh I hate it lol

    Can’t believe Lorry doesn’t see the obvious nose job. I know her nose looks smaller because her face is larger, but it now has a severe pinched in look, where there’s less nose above the nostrils on the sides (not sure what this area is called). It was what made Adriana, Adriana. Now it looks extremely asymmetrical.

    I didn´t like Adrianas shaming comment ´This is just the face of a tired mum´. Trying to shame people into not surmising about surgery.... when it´s CLEAR she has had a huge amount over the years. Miss me with that gaslighting, Adriana. We all know models have surgery and promote unhealthy body standards. Thank you Lori for your clarity and analysis! I see also that Kylie, Kim and Khloe have had that abdominal etching too, Kylies is especially prominent this week!
