- Check out a recap of my Semifinals weekend, competing at the MidAtlantic CrossFit Challenge. It was AMAZING to compete in front of fans again and see all my preparation pay off, by punching my seventh ticket to the CrossFit Games!
I’m 50 and this little lady is one athlete that keeps me motivated; after the injury don’t give up you’re a true champion!!

@@darthkai8242 I've never seen someone try and read between the lines so hard. Basically I wad trying to say get better and be motivational since you didn't understand. And by the looks of your weird ass reply, I can tell for a fact she's tougher than you. Keep your opinions to yourself buddy. 👎
@@darthkai8242 and if you follow crossfit the way you say you'd understand that they don't announce alot of there challenges before hand so there is nothing to surpass when you have surprise lift that you have to hit last minute.

Nothing shows one’s own weaknesses and insecurities like someone who trolls champions like Brooke. That’s why all the positive comments are coming from the doers and go getters in life. Would like to know the differences between Brooke’s training this year vs. previous years… After the games, of course.
Well you could compare CompTrain to PRVN! I know she changed her programming. Plus she’s training with several top athletes where before she was kind of doing things solo. But as for detail maybe she’ll make a video about it!
