One of many great things about these CrossFittters .. they are highly athletic and well rounded and would wipe the floor with 99% of all bodybuilders and powerlifters but they are so humble and casual in that they just PERFORM extremely well and don’t have that big ego like the other people.

I didn't see much content on Brooke during part 1 from CF but I'm really glad to see these two videos come out. I'm starting to become a huge fan of Brooke for her positive attitude, humility, and dedication to the sport! Best of luck Brooke at the Ranch! I'll be cheering for you!

What kind of jumprope is she using? I saw Mat Fraser using a similar thick rope too. Is that a new thing instead of a thin speedrope?
It was a little new thing they threw in for that event with little to no time to acclimatize

Why was she running in like lane 6 vs lane 1?
She used to run track so she was strategic with the lane choice and where she started to eliminate the curve as much as possible
