I remember seeing this up for sale and thinking it would never sell, like so many other abandoned and derelict properties that can turn out to be expensive money pits, given its condition. Pleased to see it'll be restored to its original splendour, or better still. Good location, very close to shops and the town centre is walkable, but not sure about being so close to the road. Great that the owner consents to you filming and publishing, to enable us to follow the journey.
Not only did it sell but we sold it twice, I am so glad that it will be turned into a family home and not a Hotel, it will be a pleasure to chart its journey. The condition is better than you might expect.
I guess the last room had to be edited out. The Moroccan doors and windows, high celings, and winding staircase are quite nice. Love the idea of the terrace in lieu of the rear quarters of the house. The master suite will really be nice!
It is not a matter of minding I do not have permission to give you the selling price however it was advertised at €180,000. But this is a unique property and not really something you can base the market on.

There was only the basement left in the house plus some interesting caves (man made), these will be included in episode 2
