You are the one person in the world who can say you actually used those recorder lessons after grade school years. Well done! And that was hilarious! That could have been my son, looking for that glue gun. Every. single. time.
Yup. Once my brother looked for a thing, said "it's not there" and I found it there in 5 seconds.
My son can never find anything. The most used phrase I have with him is “it would have bitten you if it had teeth” which is something my mom always says to my dad. My son (age 15) has always been exactly like his Grampy- cut from the same mold. Also just like my brother who also would have heard the same phrase from my mom growing up. It’s not hard to see that all three have ADHD 😂

Once again the recorder solo is on point. And the searching! My 11 year old also claims that things are invisible and only materializes when I look for them.
Despite holding a comedic tone for most of it, you can tell he has a strong singing voice

I love Celine Dion. I loved this! This is my life! I literally say the words , “it’s right there in front of you”, almost everyday to my husband or my son .😂 My youngest daughter leaves toothpaste in the sink constantly and the top magically disappears.😂🤣
There are toothpaste brands that have a cap that is attached, you just flip it open.

The Recorder is such an undervalued musical instrument. My mom had one and I used to dig around (throwing things about like in video) to find it and walk around playing it. Although not as stylish as Penn. 😅

My Dad had an entire range of recorders including bass, alto, tenor, soprano & sopranino. He also belonged to a group later in life that toured playing for nursing homes. It was bittersweet when they sent him a musical floral arrangement when he entered a nursing home himself. 🎶

I had the great privilege to sing backup for Céline with my choir one time. It was AMAZING! We did a sound check the night before with her band, and they actually stayed an extra HOUR to teach us the new opening that no one bothered to inform us had been changed😳!
Meanwhile, I think Céline would actually really like your song...she is an actually really down to earth mom herself, she would GET it.

Soooo many years of capless toothpaste . . . I used to give up and put it in a ziploc bag.
But I DID make them clean up the mess with the toothpaste.
When they headed to the storage shed to either put something away or get something out, I used to BEG them to PLEASE put things away neatly. Never happened.
Love seeing your kids in videos!! I know it is a hard thing to do, both with their schedule, their willingness, and of course the craziness of the Internet and hurtful comments (and worse), but was the reason I even found and followed you guys. Well, maybe first because of Penn's ADHD videos as I could relate, but having 3 young kids myself, it was also the reason I loved getting to know your family.
The ADHD Videos Crack me up because My Daddy, my sister, and myself all have ADHD.
I adore this is so many ways!! Celine is my go to when I need to be lifted up. Well, Penn may be on that list with her now.

Great video! It's sooo true and I'm very happy to know that you go through the same with your kids as we do! I'd love to write a book, like Mrs. Pigglewiggle, only for parents to exact retribution when their children have their own homes, families, and kids. Dishes in the sink (dishes in bed!!), boots right in front of the door. Toilet paper left empty. Toilet left unflushed!!
