I remember light as a feather stiff as a board. I’m pagan and I can confirm that the game is a form of witchcraft 😅 my mother taught it to me and my sisters. It’s a lot of fun to do and it doesn’t have any bad consequences like most of the other rituals such as Bloody Mary!
When I was about 10 or 11, me and my friend group were pretty odd (we still are). We had three girls and two boys in our friend group too, which meant that kids thought we were weird because god forbid boys and girls have platonic relationships at 10. A factor that may have also contributed was that we were the kids that the adults mistook for some child cult group. Anyway sometimes we had sleepovers, and the games that we played were ones that came from the pure essence of our mind. One game in particular I would like to share, because it’s really weird. This game was called “Lumpland” I don’t know who came up with the concept or the name, but I know that it was something me and my friends played during recess and in our free time, and it must have looked really odd. So how the game works is that 4 of us would lay on the ground in close proximity to each other. Some would be in fetal positions, some on their backs, some piled on top of each other like a mound of children, you get the idea. But that wasn’t all, nonono, in the game there would be one child that wasn’t part of the lump of kids, no they were special. This chosen child would be given the role of “Mammoth” (idk why that was what the role was called it just was) the Mammoth would stand over the rest of us 10 year olds and watch to make sure none of us were moving too quickly. See, to add context, the point of this game was to kind of roll around slowly and roll over the rest of the kids or just roll away from the mammoth. Sometimes if you wanted to risk it you could make weird noises that sounded like fricken whale calls (yeah I don’t know either). But you wanted it to be subtle, because if the Mammoth noticed you moving too quickly (or if you were not moving at all, yeah that was a penalty too apparently), they would silently point at you. If this happened, the rest of the kids would crawl over to you, pile on top of you, and ruthlessly beat and attack you as you lay there like a potato, waiting for the Mammoth to tell them to stop. Then you were the new mammoth, and the game restarted.

The last sleepover I had was at my grandma’s house with my younger sister and a couple of our cousins for new years. At midnight, we shouted ‘Technoblade never dies’ and then at 3 in the morning, our older cousin (we’ll call her Kai) and my sister (we’ll call her Luna) decided they were going to go insane 😂 They grabbed a really ugly bunny plushy, placed it on top of Kai’s diary, sat on either side of it and chanted our other cousin’s (we’ll call her Bella) nickname (which was apparently Shoto 😂) bc she wasn’t able to come so they tried to summon her while I sat in a corner, concerned for their sanity, and recorded the entire 13 mins XDD (And then Kai and I sang Insane by Back Gryph0n bc that’s the closest I’ll ever get to being a Hazbin fan whilst still keeping it pg for myself)
The light as a feather stiff as a board one my grandmother did once, and she was the one who was supposed to levitate. So basically when she had done it she she had closed her eyes, and after about a minute of them repeating “Light as a feather stiff as a board” she felt something pushing against her face and opening her eyes to see she was being pushed up against the ceiling.

When I was about 10 or 11, me and my friend group were pretty odd (we still are). We had three girls and two boys in our friend group too, which meant that kids thought we were weird because god forbid boys and girls have platonic relationships at 10. A factor that may have also contributed was that we were the kids that the adults mistook for some child cult group. Anyway sometimes we had sleepovers, and the games that we played were ones that came from the pure essence of our mind. One game in particular I would like to share, because it’s really weird.
This game was called “Lumpland” I don’t know who came up with the concept or the name, but I know that it was something me and my friends played during recess and in our free time, and it must have looked really odd. So how the game works is that 4 of us would lay on the ground in close proximity to each other. Some would be in fetal positions, some on their backs, some piled on top of each other like a mound of children, you get the idea. But that wasn’t all, nonono, in the game there would be one child that wasn’t part of the lump of kids, no they were special. This chosen child would be given the role of “Mammoth” (idk why that was what the role was called it just was) the Mammoth would stand over the rest of us 10 year olds and watch to make sure none of us were moving too quickly. See, to add context, the point of this game was to kind of roll around slowly and roll over the rest of the kids or just roll away from the mammoth. Sometimes if you wanted to risk it you could make weird noises that sounded like fricken whale calls (yeah I don’t know either). But you wanted it to be subtle, because if the Mammoth noticed you moving too quickly (or if you were not moving at all, yeah that was a penalty too apparently), they would silently point at you. If this happened, the rest of the kids would crawl over to you, pile on top of you, and ruthlessly beat and attack you as you lay there like a potato, waiting for the Mammoth to tell them to stop. Then you were the new mammoth, and the game restarted.

The last sleepover I had was at my grandma’s house with my younger sister and a couple of our cousins for new years. At midnight, we shouted ‘Technoblade never dies’ and then at 3 in the morning, our older cousin (we’ll call her Kai) and my sister (we’ll call her Luna) decided they were going to go insane 😂 They grabbed a really ugly bunny plushy, placed it on top of Kai’s diary, sat on either side of it and chanted our other cousin’s (we’ll call her Bella) nickname (which was apparently Shoto 😂) bc she wasn’t able to come so they tried to summon her while I sat in a corner, concerned for their sanity, and recorded the entire 13 mins XDD (And then Kai and I sang Insane by Back Gryph0n bc that’s the closest I’ll ever get to being a Hazbin fan whilst still keeping it pg for myself)

The light as a feather stiff as a board one my grandmother did once, and she was the one who was supposed to levitate. So basically when she had done it she she had closed her eyes, and after about a minute of them repeating “Light as a feather stiff as a board” she felt something pushing against her face and opening her eyes to see she was being pushed up against the ceiling.
