The British Vampire is a 7.3 fighter jet in War Thunder. This Jet is notorious for its capabilities in ground realistic battles.
The Vampire FB 5 is equipped with 4 20mm Hispanos and can also be outfitted with bombs. However, only chad players bring out the 8 RP-3's to do some tank busting.
The Vampire's RP-3 rocket layout makes it one of the easiest planes to aim. The RP-3 rockets are set in the centre of the fuselage meaning that most times you'll hit a ground target, you'll generally hit the target with both rockets.
The Hispanos on the Vampire are fantastic at dealing with light tanks, SPAA's and even some medium tanks at this battle rating. The irony is that the Hispano's sometimes do minimal damage to aircraft.

His aim with all rockets is just amazing, he should consider making a CAS guide.
In my experience of playing the British jets with RP-3s they are some of the easiest rockets to aim and I love them, the Meteor Reaper really gives it hell

Not trying to put odd down, just hat hose center line rp-3s are not all to hard to aim compared to full wing mount... just aim 2nd line down and gg ez in a dive
Cool yeah you were in one of my games two nights ago. You had the Vampire, got an ace and died twice, on the abandoned factory map. I had a terrible start (rapidly losing my M46 and T29) and kinda lost you your Conqueror Mk2's (your first vehicle) left flank as a result (sorry!) You fought on for quite a while, bravely. I respawned in my T95 and smacked four enemies without dying. Rad!

Interesting fact for you on the Vampire. On 3 December 1945, Captain.Winkle Brown became the first pilot to land on and take-off from an aircraft carrier (HMS Ocean) in a jet aircraft. That's a challenge for you a Phly.
That was the most efficient RP3 use Ive ever seen.

Conq is one of my favorite tanks in the game. I'm a real ride or die conq fan, had a 2:1 KD in it even when it was 7.0 and the sabot did fuck all post pen. Now it can lolpen a king tiger and kebab the entire crew in one shot. A true example of the "be careful who you make fun of in high school" philosophy.

@mig-25 I banned it from my matchmaker so I wouldn't play that map anymore, I unbanned it bc I wanted to give it another chance
When that 1944 tank destroyer that relies entirely on its armor got oneshot through the best armored part of the tank at 2300m range by a 1955 tank, I felt that. True War Thunder moment.

I agree it was fair to move it to 7.7 but that repair cost is unjust while tanks like the Obj279 is sub 10k.

Have ground out a significant portion of France and they don't get stabilization until the AMX 32 or AMX 30 Super. The 10RC is unstabilized. Though it does have thermals

I've been bringing this plane out recently and the last game I had in it, it had the Swedish Air Force paint scheme.
20:40 - You hit him with 120mm, through the driver, track and engine block, in one side and out the other. Yet, no hullbreak. Is that just APDS, because it's a sub-calibre munition?

Odd here’s an idea. When trying to make a video upload your first battle with the lineup or vehicle to TH-cam and call it first battle series ( creatively) this shows us what you are like when you haven’t practiced
I do. The first couple of games are normally what I upload. Then I spend like 10 games trying to do something fun for an intro.

As much as I love conqueror it still has at least two major issues that gaijoob just refuse to fix. Impossible weakspot periscopes on both hull and turret that have like 20mm effective armor despite being periscopes that don't lead INTO the tank(right hand side) and, probably more importantly, the bloody reload. This thing should have about 10 seconds of reloading according to british trial documents, not 20 like it has in the game.

I would suggest that you should block this map but it will increase que times. I got most of the big maps blocked and I'm getting 5 minute wait times.

It is a seriously underrated plane. The R6 version (I think it is named, last 410) has cannons that shred through all roofs, coming from a 70⁰+ angle.
