couple years back found these guys at one of those producer markets mentioned in Sydney by accident. Chatted for a bit about how I had seen them on youtube earlier. Now im here watching it again, great viddy, great farm. The cheese I bought from them stunk up my fridge though. No biggy.
To me this looks like the ideal sheep dairy and owners. The sheep look really happy and healthy and the products look really nice. I am really hoping some of the cheese can be bought online so I can have some in Vic though unlikely since the cheese would need to stay cold. My fav yoghurt is a sheep milk one though it costs a fortune so I can rarely have it. Do you know some of the best cheese deli in vic? Especially towards East Central Vic near the Yarra Valley? Thanks for sharing 🐮
私はチーズを愛し!! Amo el queso!! I love cheese!! J'aime le fromage!! Ich liebe Käse!! !!أنا أحب الجبن!!I LOVE keso!!VOLIM SIR!!Pag-ibig ko keso!!Eu amo o queixo!!მე მიყვარს CHEESE!!Я ЛЮБЛЮ СЫР!!
My goats naturally dry off during the end of summer. They do not continue to produce milk all year. Most farmers dry off at a certain time to give the animal some rest. Production is best in the spring after they kid. By the way goats milk is as creamy and as wonderful as cows and sheeps milk. It is not pungent as the man says. At least mine is not.
I suggest not buying WASHED RIND CHEESE!!! I feel like adding a Scream sound bite lol. I bought a few different washed rind cheeses to try NEVER AGAIN, personally I found the taste of the rind horrible.
He said "Dairy farmers" I guess he was making a direct comparison between sheep and cows milk where as in the earlier clip they just called it supermarket milk.
Great presentation Alison. Really goes to the heart of what makes cheese so fascinating.

Great to see some cheese-makers staying true to the natural art of cheese making!

they keep making milk as long as you continue to milk them, humans work the same way
Now you are making me regret I didn't buy blue cheese with my cheese buying money. I got a good ripe brie though.
I love Brie, sometimes I find the blue cheeses a bit strong for my taste.
And here I thought I was the only one that saved money for cheese. :P
The sour strong tinge to blue cheese can be off putting sometimes, i like stuff a bit mild unless i am pairing it with wine or some kind of food.

Where can I buy some of this sheep's cheese in Newcastle NSW?
Can I find your cheese in the United States and where to be exact. Good work guys.
I want your job.
I did not understand what he said in the last minutes of the video, anyone please?

Prions
do you understand how prions work, the entire dairy/meat industry would be dead if they had an impact
Milk is made for babies, not full grown adults. Animal milk is for animals, not humans.
