I think the andante has more impact when played in a sort of quasi allegretto tempo, with phrasing breathing in a flexible rubato in the recurrent, downwardly cascading , retrograde ornaments. Someone else more well versed in music theory please polish up these rough ideas for me, I'm positive there are many of you who could express my impression of this movement better.
