When you learn the whole story it's amazing that God delivered them from the wickedness of the greed of all of those people who schemed to take over this church. I'm appalled that his dying mother was even hid from him. God has the final say and this has given me strength to deal with the demonic forces that are trying to derail my career, income, etc.

I'm glad that Pastor Peebles could return to his own church that his late mother & father organized, started, and was left to him. Pastor Joel has some serious faithful prayer warriors & members on his side. And did anyone notice in the video that 1 police officer who was continually walking around in the sanctuary while prayer was going on? The officer wanted to join in on the prayer so badly, but he realized that he was there to do a job yet he wanted to desperately be in that prayer circle more than anything. Congratulations to Pastor Joel Peebles on returning to his church that was given to him not only by his parents but by God as well.

Pastor Harris if there is any doubt about us being kicked out. It was all televised and can be found on line. Several TV stations did stories .You can see the campus on lock down, view the ex-communication letters and hear interviews of members. That week we were not allowed on the campus and they canceled all activities. They did not tell us that there was going to be service on Sunday. When we arrived on Sunday to pray outside our church there was another preacher and his supporters inside.
Pastor Harris, Our Pastor was fired & excommunicated, leaders and members excommunicated. The campus was locked down with off duty police officers. The next Sunday they brought in another Pastor and his congregation. We were Kicked out. But God! The court of special appeals reversed the decision of the judge which made them the board, they appealed to the MD Supreme court that yesterday denied their appeal.All of their actions are null and void including the excommunications. Our leaders will not take us back until we have complete control. The appeal to the supreme court was an attempt to tie the case up for 3-5 years. It seems the six employees intention was to try and sell our church. (? huge kickback) Church is a non for profit so proceeds would have to be donated.

Pastor Harris, we know the tithes and offerings belong to God. We were saying that the tithes and offerings that individuals gave to the church. The congregation has a judgement against the six. Our leaders will not take us back until we have complete control. The appeal to the supreme court was an attempt to tie the case up for 3-5 years. It seems the six employees intention was to try and sell our church. (? huge kickback) Church is a non for profit so proceeds would have to be donated.

That was an embarrassing example of christianity. Unbelievable and Foolish. It pushes sinners further away from salvation.
The building belongs to the people. Its the gathering place. They better war with the devil for it. Betty Peebles did not die for the church to lose what they worked so hard for. They are being peaceful.
MrCogicson1 it belongs to JESUS CHRIST, not the people. Democracy in the church is the reason for most of these take overs
Pastor Harris we appreciate your comment however, it's easy to criticize others when you have no skin in the game.The members years of tithes offerings and hard work build this ministry. It's hard to believe that if your church secretary, janitor and bookkeeper tried to take your church your congregation would just walk away.We have faith that God will deliver us but faith without works is dead. The "janitor" just looks shady. Like he's up to no good. Just makes me cringe. I don't even know him and I don't like him.
